Was happy with the dental services.Dentist provided good service and answered all my questions.I did have an issue with the front desk check in lady as I asked her about cash price for dental fillings.She gave me a lecture on “ its veryyy expensive” and how I should have insurance to pay for it.I have paid cash for fillings at other practices,no problem.The owner needs to train this front desk lady to answer the question patient asked,not give lectures on insurance coverage.She could have just given me an approximate cost.I did not ask for an exact estimate.Will gladly take my business to numerous other dentists in town.

Absolutely recommend this dental office! They accepted both my kids' primary and secondary insurances. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took all 5 of my boys as they all needed the dentist. All of them asked to permanently start going there instead of their last dentist. Not one tear was shed! I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent staff and friendly services was provided me today. Also phenomenal waiting time.
Was informed by Dr. Sarah Kim that I would need a crown and some fills. Then was greeted by the front desk insurance clerk that my insurance would cover most and my out of pocket expenses was reasonable and broken up over 2 payments. Another dentist told me I'd need root canals far more expensive. Dr. Kim didn't even mention root canals but far less expensive treatments. Found my new dentist office thanks Family Smiles😃

During my visit with Dr. Shi at Family Smiles on Coors I was treated with the most respect. Dr Shi did her examination with care, and listened to all my needs. She also had noticed I needed a cleaning and polish, and performed the most perfect tooth feeling. I highly recommend Dr Shi for your dental needs.

Great location and friendly staff. I had to go in for a chipped tooth and was helped right away. Dentist was efficient and very detailed. The office manager is awesome and is very helpful.

I'm what you would call a chicken when it comes to the dentist. I have major anxiety issues when I even make an appointment. I haven't had any issues since coming to Family Smiles. Everyone from the office staff to the dental assistants and of course the dentists are professional, kind and really care for their patients.
