At first i felt good but one of the nurses made me feel like i was on trial because I struggle with addiction. Ive came along way to be where i am and she made me feel like i was back in my worst times in life. I left feeling so bad about myself i relapsed

If the option for zero stars was available I would have chosen zero. We have been coming here for a couple years and have had nothing but negative experiences my child had 4 fillings all of which fell out and then we were told they were cavities and no longer covered under insurance as a way to get out of pocket charges, the attitude and comments made by the staff directed at my daughter were uncalled for, rude, and most definitely not tolerated. Save your time and money and take your kids someplace else no need for any child to have this kind of dental experience.

Great experience like always. My dentist Dr Midthana is outstanding and so is the staff. Just recently needed to get 3 teeth pulled and there was no pain. I didn't even feel the shots. 😀😀😀

My son is 21 and has Austim. The staff was wonderful with him. They were kind and patient. Being a mom you always worry but he did great. Thank you for being so good with him.

If I could give no stars I would. I've been coming here for years with my kids and have always wondered why I keep going there. This bad experience was the last one. #1 I hate going to the dentist but I went because I was having severe pain. The dentist told me I needed a root canal. Sucked but I understood. Anyway for insurance reasons I wouldn't be able to get it until January. Meanwhile in pain I was prescribed some antibiotics and ibuprofen. One week later still in pain. Went in and the doctor numbed it for me. Which was awesome I felt a little pain still but not as severe. Anyway it was a bandaid fix. Called again to tell them it still hurts. They told me to go in at 545pm. Traffic sucks at that time btw! Anyway they end up telling me dentist leaves at six and he can't see me. I get there to start feeling out release forms and the dentist is sitting there the whole time. Like really!? Here I'm in severe pain trying not to cry and they don't care. It's a feeling you will always get there. I would say there is only one lady I like there. Do not go there!! Smiles for kids is better! Or Dr. Tingen For adults! Family smiles has Poor communication and doesn't seem to care about their patience.
