My appointment was at 10 wasn’t taken back until10:30 got my X-ray which cut my mounts after I told her it didn’t fit and I needed the smaller attachment. Waited AN HOUR for the actual dentist to even see me for my cleaning they poked around and sprayed me with the water rubbed fluoride with a Q-tip and called it good worst experience I’ve ever had

Too much paperwork to complete prior to my visit and some of the information is repetitive. I spent more time filling out paperwork and waiting than the actual cleaning.

I had a poor experience. Was brought back 40 minutes after my appt time and the staff didn't offer any explanation. The hygienist was in a bad mood and was not courteous at all, and she did the worst x Rays of my life and probably the worst cleaning. I also wasn't confident in the doctors exam. Ill be looking for another dentist.

Waited a hour after appointment time to be seen but actual check up and cleaning didn’t take long just like 30 minutes 13 mins for check up then waited another 20 mins to get the cleaning done.
