DO NOT GO HERE!! I was cancelled on 2 Saturdays in a row (which is the only reason I was going in the first place as my job requires 2 week notice for appointments and I didn’t want to wait that long). I scheduled for a Saturday and finally came in, having given my insurance information to them now almost 3 weeks ago and am told I can’t use my insurance because they can’t verify it because the office is only open Monday thru Friday. Which is why I put my insurance in early! So annoying! So now I’m forced to take time off work if I want to get this pain handled which will result in me getting a write up at my job for not putting in the advance notice. DO NOT GO HERE! They made me feel like the whole thing was my fault when I had already given my information ahead of time, as requested.

Ive never have been happy with any dentist ,until l came to Family Smiles ,they great each and every one with Such joy,they go out of there way to make sure each visit is enjoyable,and. With each visit they make sure you feel welcomed. I never felt any pain at anytime , in California l had a bad visit with a dentist,so it had been years since id come and visit another one but the dentist here he is the best.,ive even went so far as to follow him to another location,and i still got the same treament.just wonderful..So thank you Everyone.

My grandson Gabriel A was seen along with his brother. It would be nice if you would let the parent or guardian know or ask to do something to the patient teeth before doing it. Gabriel A went in for a cleaning & they didn't allow me to go back with him but he came back telling me they put something on his back teeth. Nobody from the dentist office let me know anything what they did or why they did it. Please communicate with me next time or ask before doing something other then what they went in for.

I always get treated well and with respect. I love the dentist. I have been going for years and have never had an issue. I like Dr. M a lot. He’s easy to talk to and explains things well. He’s the only dentist I will go to there.

Most fillings either cracked or were loose within 6 months. I would rather risk a cavity than let them near my mouth. I really feel it’s all about billing the insurance companies for extremely poor work. I regret my visit to this specific dentist. I could live with rude people at desk or incompetent assistant even, but the denstry I received was irreversible and horrid.

My children, husband I have been going to this location for about 4 years now and every time we go it is a very pleasant experience. The only problem I ever had was with one of the receptionist who I think was just not paying any attention to me on the phone as I had to repeat the name and birth date for my children several time only for her to say she can't find any of my kids (there are 6 of us in our family and we all been going there for years) but again she just was not paying any attention to me. Finally I asked for Gabby who is the BEST and can run that office alone I am sure and after the 30 minutes of BS Gabby was able to locate our chart and get it all taken care of within 1 minute literally. The DR's are all so great with explaining everything and they have the best bedside manner and made the experience very comfortable and pain free as much as you possibly can when it comes to needles. I recommend this place every one I know. There is always an opening

I initially came here as a new patient with random severe tooth pain and they extracted the tooth on the spot. I've never had to wait to be seen and the staff are super nice and efficient. Love this place!

If I could I would give no stars this place was completely unprofessional. In lobby patient chair over 45 minutes with no communication from staff. We raised concern and an associate came from the front and did not sanitize or introduce themselves before trying to put stuff in my mouth for X-rays. Also unaware of patients conditions prior to assisting! Caused more pain than needed! We cancelled all appointments and went somewhere else!

They take wonderful care of my daughters teeth.. All the staff is very friendly.
