I have been seeing Dr Kurt Lambert for 10 yrs at the Alice Location
This week on Wed I want for my 6 month checkup and was told that Dr Kurt was no longer at that location and when I replied "Oh I want to go where Dr.Kurt is " I was told he is retiring in December leading me to believe that I had to accept another dentist
The dental hygienist was rough and dislodged one of my crowns
Today I called because I could not bite down on that side w/o pain and was given an estimate of $1198 out of pocket expenses
Samantha the dentists assistant suggested that I could get a 2nd opinion and made an appt for me with Dr Kurt at the Cubero office
When Itold Dr Kurt that they said he is retiring in December he said that is not true
I did not like the attitude of the DDS at the Lomas location and to all Dr Kurt's puts he is not retiring
