If I could give this business no stars I would. This dentist was the worst I have ever gone to. He had no regard for his patients feelings. I was charged for a service I did not receive. After months of going back and forth with the Billing person, I paid the invoice that kept getting sent to me because she would not do her job and work out the billing issues with my insurance. She kept telling me she did talk to my insurance but they needed to send her some other paperwork and that I should ask them to send the information. I have never had a Billing person with other dentists tell me I need to work out my bill with my insurance company. DO NOT go to this location unless you want to be given the run around on your bill months after you visited the office.

The front office staff are amazing! We were walk-ins and we’re able to be seen right away. The staff were all very helpful and kind.
Dr. Wells is also fantastic :) he explained everything and did a wonderful job.

My most recent visit here was great- the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly and my dental hygienist (Stephanie) was friendly but also professional. She listened to all of my questions and concerns while also making recommendations. To be honest, after my last couple appointments, I had considered switching to another location or provider, however, this location seems to have improved greatly and this most recent visit changed my mind. Thank you! (:

The staff at Perfect Teeth are extremely friendly and inviting, from the reminder call of your appointment, to the office visit, to the accommodating dental service. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Perfect Teeth to my friends and/or family. I'm very happy with the professionalism!

Following an unpleasant experience with another dentist, I asked a friend if she knew a dentist and she recommended Perfect Teeth. I explained I needed clearance before an orthopedic surgery and I had already cancelled once as the previous dentist refused to give me this. His receptionist told me I needed three fillings to be completed and a third dental cleaning by the hygienist. I already spent $585 and the 3 fillings and the hygienist cleaning would cost an additional $1300. I went to Perfect Teeth and was seen immediately as I was flying out in 3 days. The total cost was $256 for the three fillings and the dentist told me there was no indication a third cleaning was needed. The letter was written at the time of the visit and my mission was accomplished with a huge savings. Everyone was very kind and the dentist was gentle.

I didn't have a good experience here and didn't go back after my first cleaning because I wasn't very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. NOTE: my first and only visit was when Dr. Lambert was still at this location, so I'm not joining the chorus of others to complain about the new dentist.

I'm only providing two stars because I felt like overall I was provided with the level of service you could expect at Wal-Mart in the check out line. Sure, everyone did their job and checked off the requirements to stay out of trouble, but they had that corporate sense about them where you got the feeling they didn't really care very much about you as a person or patient. They were doing their job and moving you through. I'm sure Perfect Teeth will have a very professional sounding response to my review and say they care so much about these things blah blah blah, but that doesn't change the experience I had. I hope they will do the hard work to change their culture to be more professional, caring, and patient-centered rather than spend time working on rebutting reviews online.

Professional and caring attitudes aside, two things really kept me from going back here. First, the dental hygienist was a gruff and spoke to me overly frankly and diagnosed me with a cavity during my cleaning. He told me that even though it was obvious to him I had a cavity, that he wasn't allowed to tell me that because he wasn't a dentist. So, I sat there with him poking sharp things in my mouth wondering why he was telling me this if he isn't supposed to. Second, when Dr. Lambert did come around, there was no communication between him and the hygeinst. Dr. Lambert spent all of about 30 seconds with me, about 10 of those seconds looking at my teeth, and he was gone. He didn't say anything about cavities, so I left confused if he didn't think I needed treatment, just didn't look carefully, or what.

Going to the dentist is one of those adult things I do because I know it is good for me, not because I want to at all. So to make the experience tolerable, I expect the office to be professional, kind/caring, and provide excellent care at every step of the way. There are some things I am fine to settle for the standard level of care, but when it involves sharp things in my mouth I want the best. I really don't think Perfect Teeth provides the best (or the Gold Standard as they keep saying).

I had a bad toothache over the weekend and on Monday morning I called several dentist offices and perfect teeth had the only opening for today. All of the staff have great customer service skills and they seem genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. I received excellent cleaning and care and I would highly recommend this office for anyone who is considering a new dentist.

Something is very wrong at this "dental" office. Their equipment is ancient. They tried to force my mouth around a large x-ray instrument that had bite marks in it from other people and then criticized me because I have a very small mouth. Seriously, I could not close my teeth unless I were to push this thing through the bone at the roof of my mouth. They acted like there was something wrong with ME when I told them I simply could not do it! I am not the only person in the world with a small mouth, but they acted like there was something wrong with me.

I have some back problems, and their exam chairs are stiff, uncomfortable, barely padded, and not adjustable, except for lowering the back. It felt like they were made to accomodate the doctor's need to get into the patient's mouth, but the patients' comfort was not considered.

When the dentist examined my gums, she made a fuss when I reacted to the pain. She spoke to me as if I was a child, spoke OVER me when I was trying to communicate with her, and was generally overbearing, condescending, and arrogant.

The dentist told me I needed extensive work on my gums or I would lose my teeth but that she had to get approval from my insurance before they did the work. I was put off by her manner, but I'd already had the x-rays done that day, a friend of mine had recommended me to her, and I was running out of time on this insurance.

I mentioned several times that we had to hurry because my insurance was running out soon.

I was told they would call me as soon as they got the approval from the insurance.

I waited 19 days and got suspicious, so I called them.

The office manager claimed that they had called me twice and left two phone messages. This was a lie. They had not called me and had not left any phone messages. I checked the call log on my cell phone, and there was NOTHING from them.

The manager also said that they would not be able to do the work on my gums because it was the doctor's opinion that I need sedation because of my pain issues, AND THIS OFFICE DOES NOT DO ANY SEDATION, which doesn't surprise me.

It was obvious to me that they had just dropped me because they had realized they weren't going to make any money from me. They left me hanging for 19 days while I was relying upon their representation that they were filing a request with my insurance.

I will be pursuing further action against this dental office and I would caution everyone not to go there. At the very least, they have predatory business practices.
