I 'had' been a patient here for over 12 years; however, since they have gotten rid of all the good dentists & hygienists, they have become a money grubbing company. Even though you have dental insurance if you don't pay extra for the "Recommended" services they will kick you out of their office. Some people have to budget even for necessary services.
But to get kicked out of the office before they even do teeth cleaning seems inhumane & cruel.

Happy helpful staff! They were able to get me in for an emergency visit the same day. Had a great dental visit with the gentle Dr. Schneider. I would definitely recommend people to go here for their dental needs.

I’ve had some good hygienists here, but my overall experience having gone here for 3 years is that they are always rushing through the appointment, there’s no dentist that comes to do a final check up, and they’re always trying upsell you on fluoride and other screenings without explaining the medical/dental need for it. Not a good business model IMO.

Dr. Lambert is very professional and honest. He always answers my questions and then lets me decide what option I want to go with. He is also a great dentist, wants his patients to be well informed and does not want to do any work that is unnecessary. I trust him. I also trust his staff, who do all kinds of work behind the scenes to make sure I get the best insurance coverage for the work and are always there if I have a question.

The office called with a cancelation within 1 day of me calling! Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful, from the assistant to the dental hygienist to the dentist. Office staff was very willing to work with me and my insurance company. Thank you!

I scheduled to have my teeth cleaned and due to the fact i am 7 months pregnant they took the time to explain to me why x rays were not a good idea at all. They gave me lots of teeth cleaning goodies as to help clean my bottom retainer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location. Thank you. ✌

I cannot began to express the gratitude and appreciation I have for the entire staff at Perfect Teeth. Their professionalism along with the cleanliness of their establishment was well noticed. Dr. G and his assistant Andrea were phenomenal with my dental experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to get dental work done from Perfect Teeth. Due to the great experience I had their, I am definitely going back for any other dental procedure needed.

Went for my first visit and had a great experience. Got there 30 mins early by mistake but they were more than happy to take me back right away! Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.

This office is lazy at best. They didn't want to put any effort into verifying my insurance. I know, because I had to contact my insurance for them, only to get a call the next week from the office that my insurance is invalid. Wrong. They didn't even take the time to verify their information and make sure my insurance is current- WHICH IT IS. THEN!!!! They didn't inform me that the Dentist was on vacation the week of my appointment until after my x-rays when the hygienist started the cleaning. Are you kidding me??? I am a new patient at this location, so I have to see the dentist. The hygienist tells me I have to come back the following week just to see the doctor for an exam. Would have been nice for someone to tell me when I made the appointment or when they confirmed the appointment or even when I arrived so I wouldn't have to make two trips. The week of my 2nd appointment I got the rude phone call from a very unprofessional, condescending girl about my insurance being invalid- which is completely inaccurate. I will never return due to the incompetent and unprofessional office staff.
