BY FAR, the worse service ive ever had. My mother and i tried making an appointment for her. When we finally make the appointment for my mother.I was relieved that we made an appointment. I come and find out that when my mother goes to the appointment there is no appointment that was made for her. IF there is new patients OR THINKING ABOUT being a new patient, do not make an appointment here. If the facility is not even going to take the time to make my appointment, then why would i do business with anyone like this

I have been a client for years. When I walked in the door today the receptionist said their dental hygienist Chandra they said is no longer with them they waited until I walked in The door they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me in advance. First the original dentist Dr Sheram retires they didn’t bother telling me by a phone call or a letter then they were bought out by Rio Rancho Dental Arts they bring in a whole new crew and dentist who I’ve never met then the dentist leaves and another dentist comes in which I’ve never met. Not happy at ALL

Today Dr. Woods installed my crown which I popped out using the the pointed end of a flossing pick. Although he did not originally install my crown he made adjustments and installed the crown at no charge.
I have been going to this office for over twenty years and while I do miss Dr Sherm I hope Dr Woods will be my dentist for the next twenty years.
I can't say more about the staff they are fabulous.
