Very friendly, professional and appointments are always on time. I was sent here from the VA as an overflow patient from the overcrowded VA and man am I glad I was. They explained everything they were doing, everything I needed or might need. And also didn't need, to not take advantage of the VA which alot of providers do. That might seem like a little thing but it still means alot to a proud Veteran and American like myself.
The service and staff here have been impeccable and I am thankful for the way they have handled my dental care. And also the way that the staff has handled the VA insurance paperwork and government red tape. The staff has made the transition from VA to private dental care easy. There's a new dentist in town and we highly recommend him! My husband and I made appointments with Dr. Woods and were very pleased with our visits. All of the staff were friendly and professional. The hygienists both did an excellent job of cleaning our teeth. The dentist gave us a very thorough and unhurried exam, explaining everything he found, and offering suggestions to correct our issues without any high pressure. The BEST dental experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had ALOT of treatment. 😋. The hygienist was amazing and so careful and took her time. The new patient exam and imaging and 3D scan was so helpful. They do an optional oral cancer screening that made me feel better. I was there for over 2 hrs my first appt because they are SO thorough. I’ve found my new dents home! Everyone there was king professional and warm.
