My mom recommended this dental office and it is pretty great. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Martinez are so kind and caring. It is truly a welcoming atmosphere. Sandra is an incredibly good hygienist who does a through job while being mindful of your comfort. If all dental practices were this great no one would mind going to the dentist.

For a long time I hated going to the dentist but this wonderful team of amazing women; Dr. Martinez, Desirae, Inez (and the many more who have helped me) have made it a wonderful and comfortable experience. The work they all do is amazing. I never hear anyone complain when they come in, and everyone is remembered by name. Really makes the experience so much better and comfortable for everyone. I just want everyone to know what a horrible so uncaring Dr Martinez is, She knows how severely bad my 3 teeth that she requested to be extracted, I’m in so so much pain so severely in pain and she will not prescribe me nothing but Ibuprofen which does not take the pain at all, I’ve been up for days crying like a baby, she said for me to go to Emergency Room for the pain & maybe there is a Dentist on call that can pull them, well I don’t have money for the Co-Pay & this will cost me to do this when she can & has the power to give me a pain med that works and takes my pain away until this infection is gone to get my teeth pulled. I have never experienced such an uncaring & unprofessional Dr/Dentist like her I will tell everyone to stay clear of her Practice Rio Rancho Dental Arts, as she loves seeing her Patients in pain!!
And spend money they don’t have by going to the ER which at UNMH, we all know how that will go, I’ll be there for days before they see me. I am outraged at Dr Martinez when she could have just prescribed me something. I’m suffering so bad!!!! The worst Dentist I’ve ever had!!!

Since I normally don't like going to the dentist, this was a very unusual visit. It was my 1st visit to Rio Rancho Dental Arts. The front desk staff was very polite and professional. The office was clean and orderly. My hygienist (Sandra) was wonderful! Since I had not been to a dentist in a long time, I asked her to be gentle with me, and she was. Overall my visit went very well. I would highly recommend them for anyone's dental needs. Thank you!!
