Dr. Martinez, Shawna and Denice are stalled. The ladies in the front who check you out are so kind. I highly recommend going here. I have left other dentists due to lack of customer service. This is my favorite dental practice I have ever been too.

As someone with previous bad experiences and dental/medical anxiety, it’s difficult to find dental offices who are willing to be accommodating without charging an arm and a leg for their services. From the moment I called to inquire at Rio Rancho Dental Arts, I had only positive and supportive experiences. The receptionists are great, and the dental hygienist, Rachel, was by far the best I’ve ever had. She checked in often to make sure I was okay, and she was thorough but very gentle. My teeth are cleaner than they’ve ever been! I’m grateful to Rio Rancho Dental Arts for easing my anxiety and providing such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning and will tell everyone I know to visit as well!

I had my appointment. I waited until 20 minutes past my appointment time and not one person informed me they were running behind. Was not even acknowledged. Then for the 10th straight time I had a new dh. This place has gone down hill and I recommend people find a dentist who owns their own business and has a stake in how they treat their patients. This place, which I have been going for 30yrs is no longer a good place. It is sad to see what has happened to Sherams practice. He would be very disappointed and very disgusted

This is the best dental office I have EVER been to. Without saying too much, I have been going back and forth with the VA dental clinic literally for over a year trying to get my teeth fixed. They referred me to Rio Rancho Dental Arts and I could not be happier. The entire staff has went out of their way to get the proper treatment I need. I have never been so comfortable with a dentist and they are very good at making sure I remain comfortable though any procedures they are doing. If you have a fear of going to the dentist please check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!!

I really felt heard here, the Dr., and dental hygienist did not try to sway me in any direction and they both made me feel like I will be cared for. The front office staff were very welcoming. This was my first visit, I’m happy I decided to come here!

I have to say I have avoided going to the dentist for various reasons. I am happy I went to this clinic. Rachel, the dental hygienists was very gracious and kind. She had a great demeanor. Dr. Woods took his time to answer my questions and address my concerns. The entire team made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this clinic hands down.

Everyone in the office is always so welcoming and always greet you with a smile and by your name as you walk in. The people at the front desk extremely helpful .Rachel is an amazing dental hygienist. You will not be disappointed, very clean facility.
