Sundance Dental Care of Rio Rancho

Love going to this office. Dr. Jensen and all the staff make it so welcoming and a judgement free place. I have been to other dental offices and they are either rude or just want to do one thing with no other options. I go here and he is wanting to find a way. I have been going here for about 6 years now. I have been and will continue to refer friends/family who are seeking a great dentist. Thank you!

The financial person apparently was running behind on schedule as I had a 10:45 appointment as a new patient
I was on time but did not see financial person until 11:10, their policy states if a patient is more than 10 minutes late than the appointment will be rescheduled. Then their time policy should be adhered to as well as patients time is valuable also.

I called in August to set up an appointment. There was no availability until November. They called me on a Friday to verify my appointment for the following Monday. I called back twice at 330, despite them closing at 5pm I got no answer. I left a voicemail. So after I left a voicemail verifying my appointment I show up that following Monday for my appointment. Left work extra early because I was working on Santa Fe. When I show up they said they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else. Despite my voicemail verifying my appointment. 3 months of waiting for nothing.

I love this place, my family and I started going here after a not so great experience with another dental place. All staff, from receptionist to Dr.'s, are very nice. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. They are attentive and actually listen to what you have to say.

The best dentist I've ever been to! I had to have a root canal while 7 months pregnant and had to bring my 3 year old with me. The staff was so sweet to my son! They put a movie on for him, got him a juice box, and a blanket!!! They also kept checking on me during the root canal. Making sure I was confortable.
The entire staff went above and beyond what I ever expected! So pleased with this dental office!!!

This has been my families Dentist since they were babies and I adore the staff always friendly and pretty much like family. I’m always so happy with each and every visit. However the front desk Lady I always seem to get doesn’t seem to like me much. I was trying to make an appointment for my 2 year old for the very first time and she told me it’s best to take him else where? I asked where? And she referred me to a place that doesn’t even accept my insurance? She didn’t seem to want to help me schedule him and I informed her all my kids have went here since they were babies and no one has ever told me to take them else where? She stated well we can see him but since he is young we probably won’t get to do much anyway? I was so confused like I didn’t know if she knew me or hated me or just having a bad day? But sadly I’m leaning towards finding a new dentist all together because she made me uncomfortable.

I spoke to the manager and she made me feel better about the whole situation. She clarified it all and scheduled an appointment for all my children. Thank you for caring about my issue and taking the time out of your day to call me back and clear this up. I’ve been coming here so long it’s nice to know you care.

My children and I all love getting our dental needs taken care of at Sundance Dental. Dr. Jenson is great, so kind and gentle, especially with the kids. The office staff is great. Juanita is so sweet and helpful.

I can't say enough positive things about Sundance Dental in Rio Rancho! I had to have extensive dental work done & had some complications. I also have a bad back and have to take lots of breaks. Dr. Jensen has been so patient and always goes out of his way to accommodate me. I love the dental assistants, Cobey, Amanda, Amber, Donald & Sam! Leslie really went out of her way to help me figure out how much my work would cost & to put me on a pay schedule! Michelle and all the front staff are so friendly and everyone knows me! I love that I can watch a movie while they are working on me. It relaxes me & keeps my back from spasming. The whole office are so welcoming and personable!!

Sundance dental has taken care of my whole family and always makes each visit as pleasant as possible. The staff is very professional and ensures you are comfortable and answers all our questions.

Great place. Sam is the best hygienist we've ever gone to. She's so thorough. Dr. Jensen is so pleasant. He's very informative & takes his time to listen to our concerns.
