Sundance Dental Care of Rio Rancho

The hygienist Dustin was awesome so kind and friendly and completed my Deep Cleaning without me feeling a thing. The Dentist dr was also kind and informative they made my first experience a good one. The building was very well maintained and beautiful and the check in girl greeted me with a smile. The registrar and lady who took my money at the desk in the back though didnt really have very good manners and was not friendly at all at all. but all in all it was a good visit :)

I have always been greeted pleasantly, treated respectfully, and have received excellent care and attention to my teeth, by my hygienist and Dr. Jensen.

Dr. Jensen is a knowledgeable professional who has provided excellent information and has a calm, patient demeanor. My hygienist has always been wonderful and does great work!

Sundance Dental is an amazing place. I have had some extensive dental issues and have had to have more procedures than most people. I have already had my teeth cleaned twice and have had two crowns. From the front desk and check in, to the assistants and the dental hygienist, this place is top notch. I have never had a more thorough experience with any dental practice. Sam is awesome and cleans my teeth better than anyone EVER! Dr. Jensen is fantastic. He cares......and he is genuinely concerned with me and how I feel every time. The whole staff is very PROFESSIONAL and NICE.

Sundance Dental was amazing! I haven't been to the dentist in years, and I was freaking out about my first visit back, especially to a new place. I was told about this location by two of my friends so I decided to give them a visit, because I needed a few things done asap. Magie took care of me first, with all my personal information and insurance stuff and lightened the mood right away. I was still nervous for the initial visit, but she was super sweet and helpful and easy to talk to! Amanda, Dr. Marshall and one other hygienist were the ones who did all of my dental work. Amanda was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable and was sure to answer all of my questions. She was also very outgoing and talking to her kept me from thinking about all the work that needed to be done on my mouth. Dr. Marshall was very friendly and way nicer than any dentist I have ever been to! He also made sure to make conversation with me about stuff other than my medical needs, connecting on a personal level and I thought that was very sweet. The overall energy at Sundance Dental was happy, warm and inviting and I loved that the most! Everyone seemed like they loved their job, and that it wasn't really a job to them, but a way of life and it was something they did, because they wanted too, not because they had to! Great place, highly recommend!

Have had many dental hygienists in my years of dental care. Besides Samantha, who has embarked on career of fulltime Motherhood, I found another hygienist's who understands my quality & standards as a hygienist. Dustin Matthews is my choice. She understands the needs & clarifies procedures for application to provide me a very satisfying dental care. Dustin's personality is professional, compassionate, caring & humorous. Achievement of satisfaction can only be achieved with ensuring the patient is in trustworthy hands who knowledge, skills & ability to provide this. Very happy that Dustin is my dental hygienist!

I'm terrified of dentists so it is always a huge relief to come across genuinely kind and professional staff. I have been to two other dentists in Rio Rancho and feel I can safely and highly recommend Sundance for your dental needs. Dentist and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They have zero interest loans to help and take insurance. They took time to explain and listen to my concerns and needs. Thank you Sundance, I'll be back-

The staff is always very friendly. Fast Service. And the Hygienist is amazing. Very thorough when it came to my cleaning. Loved it. Not to mention the office always smells very good.

I've been going here about 2 yrs now and I love the place. I'm not fond of the dentist but these guys & gals have taken care of me every step of the way. Today was no exception, having a bad day, they took their time and were extra gentle with me and so pleasant all the way around. It really helped out so much. Thank you all for going the extra mile.

Follow up: it's been almost a year since my last review. I still have nothing but good to say about Sundance. During this Covid mess I had a cap come off. They were so good about explaining everything start to finish. They were very careful and took every precaution necessary. It sure made me feel good even during these crazy times.

We have been with Sundance since they opened, thus all of my boys lives. Dr. Jensen always takes time to put the kids at ease. All the staff is warm, friendly and professional. Dr. Jensen has to treat my son's constant cavities and filling failures that are due to his celiac disease and does so with such care keeping my son positive, comfortable and fear free. My kids wouldn't ever want to go anywhere else. Love this clinic!

I had a great experience here! They offer early morning appointment times (7:30), and they are really accommodating. I got my cleaning and exam done, they realized I had a cavity, and they filled it during the same appointment! I got there at 7:30AM. I had an exam, a cleaning, a filling, and I was out by 9AM. 10/10!! My husband has also been here and has consistently good experiences.
