Always enjoy going here the staff all make me feel like I’m family. I love how most of them remember exactly who I am and remember details from our conversation the last time I was there. Best dentist and staff I’ve ever been to in my life.

They're practicing excellent sanitary procedures during this time of Covid-19. The hygienist I had (wish I could remember her name) was AMAZING in informing me about my teeth, gums and oral hygiene! Although there wasnt anything wrong the information she gave me was very helpful and I plan on implementing it in my daily routine. They also accept most insurances that many other places don't including Medicaid.

Finally!!! Found the best dentist I have had in 50 years. Dr. Jensen was amazing. His patience and expertise was well worth the distance I had to travel to find the best dental care around.

My teen and I both see Dr Jensen. His "chair-side" manner is always positive and kind when dental work can be a concern to most. Any pain worries have always been taken care of and we've never had a long wait.

Kudos to the dentist and dental assistant that worked on my root canal/crown that turned into a extraction. Great patience and steadfastness!
Shame to the reception staff! Who treated me horribly the minute I stepped in the office. The other patrons that came in after me, were treated much better. Not sure if it was a gender preference, I am female, the others after me were male, they were treated with smiles and pleasantries. I was greeted with furrowed brows, and a request to take my temperature.

While I was seated waiting to be called to the back clinic, I witnessed the reception staff watch through the windows and pre-judge everyone approaching the door, including their own dentists and staff, on how they would act and be treated.

I will no longer be a patron here, and recommend others to go elsewhere, where they are treated with repect and kindness.

So far, my experience with the staff at Sundance has been half awesome, and half filled with incompetence. When I scheduled, I scheduled two appointments (One for myself, one for my fiancee) upon scheduling these appointments, I let the girl who took my call know that we were going to be making a FIVE hour round trip for these appointments, and that was why I needed them to be back to back. I Also explicitly let her know that we live in a mountain village, where we have zero cell phone service, and we sometimes didn't get our voicemails. I asked her to make a note to contact me more than once by phone, or to contact by email for more reliable communication. She called back the next day to cancel one of the appointments, for insurance purposes, and got my voicemail (Not surprisingly). And she left me a voice mail that I never got. The couple until our appointments weeks pass by, and we show up for our appointment (which we got up at 4:30 am to make). We are notified there that my fiancee cannot be seen, and that they had only attempted to contact me once. By phone. At this point, when I say we are going to leave, because one appointment is a waste of our time, they say they can see us both. Relieved, I go in for a cleaning (The girl who cleaned my teeth being the competent employee). After I come out, I waited for my fiancee for 15 minutes or so, before finding out that they didn't clean his teeth! Why was he back there for longer than I was? And why did they lie to us? That is not the kind of way that things should be handled.
(On a side note, we DID get a voice mail the day before our supposed appointments, confirming Michaels appointment, even though they had cancelled it. That's incompetence if I've ever seen it)

Dr Jensen and all of the staff at Sundance are always amazing. I enjoy going for my checkups. You are treated as a valued friend and not just a patient.

Amazing! Dr Jensen is a very respectable man with the. Confidence and knowledge needed to produce great dental care and a brilliant smile! His staff of dental assistants and dental hygienists are also very knowledgeable and kind as can be! Very pleasant to speak to. And they will even put on a movie while you wait if it is going to be a while. The screens are the dental screens they have hanging above you so it makes it super comfortable because they lay you down to watch. (I fell asleep with my mouth held open! X-O lol) The only part I don't enjoy very much is the walk out as the ladies up front aren't very nice. They always seem mad or disappointed. Maybe it's me they feel that way towards but I don't think so because my wife has the exact same opinion so it seems to be just how they do their jobs... She (my wife) said it was different people up front and that it was much better so that is why I give all five stars! Deservedly so! Thank you Sundance Dental!

The staff is always so amazing and friendly. My dentist and hygienist know me, they actively ask questions about conversations from the last visits. Totally amazing people!

We are extremely blessed to have such a caring a d dedicated staff! My entire family see's Dr. Jensen, a d by far the best in the west. I absolutely recommend Sundance dental!
