Love the Doctor's and staff at Sundance Dental! Very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dentist!
I do however want to extend my concern in our Covid-19 protocols that are adopted. I was instructed to call upon arrival, remain in my car until a staff member came out to get my children parents of older children are not allowed to accompany children. My children are old enough to go in by themselves comfortably. Though it still makes me uneasy. Once they are called, a mask is required and temperature is taken before entering. After waiting for 2 hours in the parking lot I observed that this is not the process used for the man delivering water, packages, or the mail. They all can enter and communicate with or without masked staff. If you are going to institute new Covid-19 protocols for the patients of your business... those protocols should be used for everyone.

My previous dentist wanted to put a filling in almost every tooth in my head, so I came to Sundance for a second opinion, where I later discovered my old dentist was trying to scam me. I have been going to Sundance for about 2 years now and still haven't even needed 1 filling. BIG difference! Here at Sundance the dentist is down to earth, honest, and conservative with treatment. The staff are extremely friendly and always make you feel welcome. If you hate going to the dentist try out Sundance and you might change your mind!

I am a Big chicken when it comes to the Denist. The staff and Dr Jensen are really great in the way they treat patients like me. They work with each patient to make you as comfortable as possible during your visit.

Horrible, don't recommend. A few months after I had billing issues with them and then refusing to take care of it, I received an "updated" letter from my insurance saying they re-did the codes and charged my insurance. Originally, they said I qualified for their December special of free laughing gas for my procedure, so why did they charge it to my insurance a few months later?

I've been coming here for about 8 years and I've never had an issue, quite the contrary. When I first started coming here I was scheduled for wisdom teeth extraction, but I didn't receive it that day because dr. Milne potentially saved my life. I had been very sick and was not eating because of how swollen my throat was. I went to UNM ER (stay away from there if you value your life, by the way) and they told me there was nothing wrong with me. I told them I was sure it was an infection so they supposedly did a swab test that came out negative and I left. After another week without eating and feeling worse and worse I came to my appointment where Dr. Milne discovered I indeed had a severe infection and he immediately put me on antibiotics and all he did was look! Even now that I live all the way in Los Lunas I continue to come here because of this.

I was highly Pleased with the level of care at this Dentist office. Staff is Extremely Professional and very Tentative. I was nervous in the beginning but that went away once the Dr came in and was very Patient and very informative. I would definitely recommend Sundance Dental.
