I'm so glad I decided to go to Gentle Dentistry. I have horrible anxiety from past experiences, but today I left my appointment calm and collected. Scheduling was easy, Rachel is extremely friendly and helpful! Staff are nice and really take their time to explain what is going on, get to know you, and talk to you about your oral hygiene. I had an exam, cleaning, and xrays taken, both the hygienist (Lolanda) and assistant (Patricia) made me feel comfortable about the entire process before seeing Dr. Ahn.
Dr. Ahn discussed with me the work I need to have done, and it's relevance. I never felt like he was exaggerating or trying to pull anything other dentists to. He came over, introduced himself, and got right to work. After his exam, he further explained what dental work I needed and the future of my smile.
Lolanda did my regular cleaning. That woman is awesome! Very personable and conversational.
When all was said and done, it was time to go over costs and scheduling. Services were very affordable. Rachel took the time to go over a complete breakdown of individual costs and payment options with me with no pressure into anything.
If you are seeking dental care, I recommend Gentle Dentistry. If you are a nervous/anxious type, give them a call! Gentle Dentistry is great. I look forward to work with dental staff I can trust. :)

Had to have a post and tooth made, they insisted on all the money upfront which isnt really great business relations, they failed to deliver on time, was months late, by that time i had already had to relocate to my job, upon contacting them they said they will not ship the tooth i paid for to me, lied to me twice about it, the last time they suggested there is a state statute that they cannot disclose that prevents them from doing so, has anyone ever heard of a law that cant be disclosed to the people? Im not sure the receptionist knows what shes speaking of, she sounded extremely flustered on the phone when I started asking questions, im sure there are more people who are in my shoes that will leave reviews too!!!

As a 29 year old diagnosed with Lupus and fibromyalgia, the dentist was ALWAYS a scary place for me. Just the slightest touch is very painful and having my mouth open for an extended period causes my TMJ to flare up. I started going to Gentle Dentistry of Lancaster, early 2018. My experience has been amazing! The staff have been so welcoming and friendly and are very informative with different financial options! Dr Ahn, is the best of the best! He makes sure you are comfortable through your entire visit. He is very professional and the only dentist I’ve been to that made sure my procedures were painless. I would recommend anyone looking for a new dentist! You won’t be disappointed!

Every time I come here I am being upsold on some dental procedure and shamed for not taking it like I am being a bad patient. I understand this is a business but the employees seem to be under pressure to add extra services when they have customers in the chair instead of giving patients dental advice. I know you want to go here for the Gentle, just wish they were gentle to my wallet.

Yolanda is always great. However, after my cleaning I sat and waited for 45 minutes for Dr. Bartos to come. This was an unacceptable wait and I was very frustrated!
