Gentle Dentistry of Lancaster

Unfortunately, I have had to have a lot of dental work performed. Fortunately, Dr. Ahn and his staff are professional, and do excellent work. They fully answer my million questions and explain to me the reasons for needed procedures. They are accommodating when trying to schedule appointments. I really appreciate this level of customer service. It isn't fun to have my mouth work done, but they really do strive to make it as pleasant as possible.

My family and I have been going there for several years. My boys are always very comfortable at the dentist. At our last visit, I was notified of my first cavity. I had never had one before so to get a filling was a whole new experience for me. I was very scared as I've never had any real major surgery or even a broken bone before so I had no idea what to expect. The staff treated me very gently and reassuringly before, during and after the procedure. I did over-react at one point, and one of the staff came over and reassured me that everything was going to be fine. I definitely recommended anyone to go to Gentle Dentistry, whether or not you have a fear of the dentist!

I have been an employee of Gentle Dentistry since 2007. It has been my longest-running and most rewarding job by far. The people are work with are professional but fun, kind, and patient focused. Our patients are some of the sweetest and funniest people I have ever met. Through the years, I have seen many patients come in scared, shaking, crying and leave smiling and surprised at how easy it was. My husband and I have also been patients here in that time and have only had excellent dental care.

I have a positive experience every time I visit, everyone is so kind and generous. It means so much to me that my feelings and sensitivity’s are listened to and taken into consideration when laying out a dental plan for me. Thank you all so much!

This place is horrible. The place had a bad vibe for me right from when I walked in the door, and something just seemed a little off about them. First of all they will try to sell you everything under the sun, like they are commission based or something. Its a very corporate atmosphere. Second I do not trust them, and here is why. I wanted to try out a new dentist and I drove by this place a lot so I decided to give it a shot. I went for a basic cleaning, and all they did was tell me everything that was WRONG with my teeth and what I should do to fix it. They then told me i had FOUR cavities, which I thought was strange because I take care of my teeth very well. They wanted to me schedule appointments to get them filled, as well as a 6 month appt. I was skeptical, and wanted to get a second opinion. I made an appt at another dentist, who told me I had PERFECT teeth and ZERO cavities!! Gentle dentistry was going to make me come in, get novocaine and get FOUR cavities filled that I DIDNT EVEN HAVE. I will never go back and never recommend this place to anyone.

I was overly impressed. Have had bad experiences with other practices in the past and this was completely different. Facility was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Very pleased with my overall experience and hope to continue here in the future.

Had a good experience. The girls at the front desk are very nice ...Ken who took care of me for procedure was and is always great .I love his personality always a pleasure having him for the dental visit

I did not like waiting nearly 15 minutes before called. Reason they stated because I was first time patient in the future they claim will not be an issue. The lady who did cleaning was friendly and did a good job. Doctor was friendly

Everyone at Gentle Dentistry was very professional, Kelly the dental hygienist was phenomenal! I highly recommend them.
