Gentle Dentistry of Lancaster

I had an amazing experience with them. They are super professional and beyond what I expected. Compassionate and friendly staff. 100% my dentist for the future.

I've been going to Gentle Dentistry for a year now and have been more than satisfied with every service from cleanings to crowns. The staff are incredibly friendly and the doctor is efficient and thorough .As a person who had severe dental anxiety I am now so comfortable going to the dentist and would recommend this office to anyone.

I just had a great experience with this place. I was in such excruciating pain all weekend, called them this morning as a new patient/never went there before, and they got me in right away. They pulled my tooth like I wanted, and it didn't hurt at all and it was very quick! They were also extremely kind, they didn't mind that I had to bring my two-month-old baby, they held him and took care of him while I was being treated, and were so kind to let me stay to feed and take care of him afterward because I had a long drive home. I am so relieved to know that I found a great dentist, it's worth the almost-hour drive to me. Great service and great customer service from every single person I encountered there, and that's so rare these days; I highly recommend them and would give 20 stars if I could!

I had a wonderful experience with Lancaster Dentistry. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable, they all truly care for their patients. The staff often give tips and tricks on how to keep patients teeth clean and healthy.

Maryann is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel so comfortable while you are there and she is more than willing to share her wealth of knowledge with you. The whole staff make your experience awesome from beginning to end! I highly recommend working with Maryann and going to this office!

Be very clear of costs and services when you get there and before you set up the next appt.
I would not say they are deceiving, just be clear on your services.
Maryanne is very nice and gentle.
I cannot speak for anyone else there.

Very thorough initial exam. My hygienist explained absolutely everything before we did it and made me feel very comfortable during the whole experience. The receptionists are wonderful too, printing out plans for upcoming visits including full cost out of pocket so I know exactly what to expect.

I had the privilege of both being treated by Gentle Dentistry as well as working for them for 2 years. As a patient, I have never received better care from any other dental practitioner and was fortunate for my experiences there. As an employee, not only was I treated with the highest level of respect and dignity, GD was also a super fun place to work! Additionally, while there was the occasional dissatisfied customer, as EVERY business experiences, the vast majority of clients that I spoke with had nothing but glowing things to say about their experience. Thus, based on my 360 degree experience with this practice, I would recommend them to anyone!!!

It is really great. The dentists and technicians are really attentive and try their best to make sure that everything is near pain free. Even why I have to get a numbing shot for cavity fillings, they actually numb the area with numbing gel so that the actual numbing needle hurts less! This is a great practice that I would recommend to anyone I see or talk to!

The staff are friendly and very accommodating to your schedule. I had a friendly encounter every time. I did get invisalign here and I would not recommend that. Dr. Ahn is a very nice dentist but after 5k and 3 years later I am now in braces with another orthodontists who is willing and able to achieve my goals. Dr. Ahn informed me he was not willing to move forward with my case because "I have reached my full potential in results" and "if anyone said they could do better, they would be lying to me."

I was in invisalign for 2.5 years which is an excessive amount of time. My teeth were never BAD, pretty straight but I wanted a nicer smile. I will say, I was happy with the results Dr. Ahn achieved. My teeth are straighter and my smile is broadened, but my bite is deep, bottom teeth are inverted and my lips cover my top teeth more than they did before invisalign, which I don't like.

If you're looking for normal teeth maintenance, I highly recommend this location & staff. You'll have a great, friendly and efficient experience every time. If you're looking for Orthodontic work, I recommend you avoid this dentist. I'm now paying more money to another doctor for braces because I'm over invisalign after my experience here. I regret not seeking other consults, comparing prices and realizing limitations of the provider before spending thousands of dollars. I asked for partial refund since he chose to stop working on my case and he refused.
