I just started my Invisalign process a a few months ago and everyone there has made my experience awesome so far. My appointments are always so quick and they always explain everything so in depth. I always feel so welcome every time I walk in. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I had a TERRIFIC experience with this dental office. I will categorically dispute nearly every negative comment others have said. To begin with it's utmost convenient to find a one stop dental office for ALL your needs. There is no need to go else where for surgical needs, extractions or anything for matter.... they specialize in it all and I received treatment in nearly all areas. When I arrived seeking cost estimates for two dental implants the consultation included "discussing" all options and "total treatment". Not any hard pressure sale as others have eluded too or demands for certain treatment. After having my consultation and taking the price sheet to two other dental offices neither could offer the entire treatments and they were both moderately more expensive than Gentle Dentistry. I don't feel the need to bad mouth other dental offices as some have explicitly sought to do through their biased reviews of Gentle Dentistry. The other office simply could offer all the treatment I was seeking at their offices and they did in fact cost more. I returned to Gentle Dentistry to proceed with treatment including: crowns, an extraction, bone grafts, surgical procedures and eventually the impants. Dr. Ahn was courteous, professional, patient and utmost Professional. Dr. Bartos introduced himself many times as I became a frequent visitor through my treatment plan. My Insurance was fully accepted (even covering 50% of implants) and they NEVER exceed the cost I was quoted from my initial consultation. Furthermore, I sought to complete all the work within the same calendar year for Tax deduction purposes and when I neared the end and explained to them that I wanted to complete the treatment but the Holidays brought a slight financial burden they went our of their way and reworked my [responsible portion] bill to save me in excess of $1,500 so I could receive all the treatment in 2014. The dental assistants (Jordan. Rachel, Patricia) and hygienist (Iolanda) have become true friends over the last year. They have all been personable and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I NEVER had any issues of pain and they always made it know that should I experience pain then they would wait while more anesthetic was administered.

Please do yourself the favor and give them the opportunity to meet your dental needs. I will always return to this office. Just because they are professional, good at what they do and have many stations to avoid long waits that are notorious with other dental offices DOES NOT merit the false accusations of others that didn't follow through with treatment through them and choose to bad mouth the bogey monster "Dentists". Simply ridiculous.

I "choose" to have all the previous metal fillings removed from my mouth and I couldn't be happier with my teeth now. No pain, no sensitivity, nothing but satisfaction and gratitude for this office and their employees. Probably the only work I can't speak to is dentures.... but I'm sure they exceed & excel in that department too!

Gentle Dentistry has been great in working with me. They are always smiling and pleasant. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and my teeth look better than they ever have!

I am so happy I saw the commercial for Gentle Dentristy in Lancaster, NY. I was a new patient and was not sure what to expect 6 months ago as I was between dentists. Over the years, I had so many bad experiences with other dental groups. When I called they fit me right in at a convenient time for a cleaning and a root canal before the tooth became abscessed. They have all the high tech painless equipment without the high tech cost. You are treated like a guest from the time you walk in the door until you leave. You know exactly what your insurance will pay and what your remaining balance is BEFORE they start any treatments. The employees go out of their way to ensure you have a stress free experience. I love the reminder texts that I receive for my dental appointments to keep me organized.

The entire staff was AMAZING Dr. Ahn changed the way I feel about seeing the dentist! I had major work done and felt NOTHING Everyone made me feel very comfortable and relaxed...I will never go anywhere for dental work other than Gentle Dentistry of Lancaster and Dr. Ahn!!!

I just absolutely love it here! The staff is great, Dr. Ahh is great! Only con is they make me so comfortable, I keep coming back for root canals😂😂😂!

I wanted to update on this review... I was going to this dentist for quite a few years. I really did like it here in the beginning. That is until I started to feel like they were always pushing more expensive treatments. It started with the antibiotics for my gums where they would inject in between each tooth at $45 per injection. I asked if there was a home remedy for this and was then given this option. I didn't like that they didn't offer this option 1st. The first option offered to me was the more expensive option. Fyi my gums are now fine with the home treatments. I ultimately left because I had staining in between my upper top front four teeth. They never even mentioned it to me. I thought it was from coffee and whatnot. After I brought it up, they told me it was the beginning of tooth decay and couldn't be removed, that I would need a bridge! At the time I was 35 years old, they already put 3 bridges in my mouth that I found a bit unnecessary, but thought they were the professionals, so I listened. I asked if there were any other options and was told no.

They also pushed invisalign on me even though I have no crooked teeth nor any alignment issues. The before and after pictures presented to me looked identical. They still tried to sell me the idea.

Fast forward, I got a second opinion, recieved a few different options and guess what? I did not need a bridge! I think they are money hungry and for unnecessary work. I don't believe I needed the 3 I got either. Lesson learned.

This is by far the best dentist office I have been too especially during the pandemic! They take all the precautions and have a great attitudes making your visit safe and pleasant each time!

From the moment you walk into Gentle Dentistry of Lancaster you are greeted by the warm and friendly smile of Amber. The appointments are usually right on time. The dental assistants are worth their weight in gold. My regulars are Patricia, Julie and Ken. They keep me well informed and make sure I am prepared for Dr. Ahn. Now to say he is the best of the best would be no exaggeration. He is a very quiet force that has no comparison. I have had dental issues for years and never found a dentist who I trusted to complete anything they started. Dr. Ahn has gone in and repaired almost every issue I have ever had( prior and current) from beginning to end with perfection. I could write a book on how wonderful he is. The hygienist (Maryann and Yolanda) are my regulars and leave nothing untouched. They keep me posted on the best options for cleaning, flossing and troubled areas. Now when you are ready to leave the finance girls - well AMAZING!!!!!!!! Rachel, Ashley and Carrie go above and beyond to assure that you are right on track. Their personalities make the end of your visit just as pleasant as the beginning. Great Job!!!!!!

I will miss Yolanda when she retires but will know that everyone st gentle dentistry vatrs about my teeth
