The entire staff was very nice and sincere. They made the anxiety of going to the dentist disappear. The course of action was explained in detail. Gorges dentistry is by far the best experience I have ever had. I highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Raggi for the first time today, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office. It is clear Dr. Raggi truly cares about his patient’s care. He worked to come up with the least invasive solution to my dental problems, and then rushed to get me in as soon as possible to take care of them. I don’t have dental insurance, and the costs are very reasonable. I plan to recommend Dr. Raggi to anyone I know looking for a new dentist.

This review pertains to their staff and not their dentists. We scheduled our appointment online and received confirmation via email. Once we showed up there we were told that our appointment does not exist and told to come back 4 months later. At that point we produced the confirmation email we received confirming our appointment feo that very day. The answer was curt and we were simply told that their online system was glitchy and unreliable last few weeks. We were then offered an appointment a month later as sign of slight compromise. We felt like there was no flexibility to address the situation any any reasonable way and acomode us as their customers. Their staff need to learn more about customer service.

For someone with extreme anxiety about any type of dental work (even cleanings) - Dr. Raggi is one of the best. Both he and his staff are awesome to work with and he made me comfortable and was super relatable and understood my needs. Hard to find a dentist who’s not only down to earth and has a warm/friendly personality but also does a great job. Would recommend 10/10. Plus he’s a Bills and Sabres fan so that was the icing on the cake!
