Every single person who works at Gorges Dental is so respectful and kind. Not to mention fun. Yes, I said it, fun! I've never in my life gone to a dentist appointment and left feeling lighter and better. The respectful way I was treated made me feel relieved that I made the choice to pick Gorges Dental as my dentist.

update, today, I got my new permanent tooth. He fit me in to do it ahead of my appointment since the temporary crown came off. I recommend his office to everyone.

Beautiful office with a lovely receptionist! Very friendly staff and they even have a massage chair, beverages and atmospheric lighting. Honestly a great way to reduce your anxiety about seeing a dentist! I went here after receiving a recommendation from a friend of a friend as I had lost a large filling. I was terrified to see anyone else during the pandemic besides my dentist at Cayuga Family Dental, Dr. Gupta. I was also equally as afraid of having tooth decay considering she couldn't see me due to a lack of PPE. Hard times we live in :(. Well, Dr. Raggi was nice enough to see me to exam my tooth last minute even though they don't take my insurance. SO I highly recommend going here. He's very gentle and kind and even gave me a recommendation for partner for when he's retired from the military! lol :) Human kindness is so welcome during a time like this! Thanks everyone at Gorges Dental ;)!
~came here a second time to get two molars fixed as I had poor dental experiences. I literally went to Cortland Dental which took my insurance and sadly the dentist was rushed and didn't do a great job of fixing my missing filling. Dr. Raggi was kind enough to set me up with a treatment plan. He also found another filling that was damaged by the dentist at Cortland dental. It's really sad what poor folk have to go through to get good dentists that take the time to probably fix your teeth. Turns out my teeth are also not bad--I've been told misleading information that lead me to using toxic fluoride products on my teeth and Dr. Raggi is a firm believer of using xylitol which is something I've used for years as it kills bad bacteria in your mouth which cause cavities. Overall he took the time that was needed and was short staffed that day as well. I really appreciate his time and patience and that of his staff as the snow storm also set them back in rescheduling patients. I can't say enough good things honestly. I have severe dental anxiety and I didn't feel at all uncomfortable the entire time and he explained everything as he went along. Well worth the money!

I had a problem when I woke up. Called and they worked me in between other appointments. Dr Raggi looked at the tooth, gave me his opinion and my choices. I have an appointment for cleaning in the near future and will make a follow up with Dr Raggi at that time. This office is very professional, efficient and caring.

My first visit to see Dr. Tony was a very pleasant experience! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr Tony took the time to explain everything and set up a treatment plan. Melissa did a wonderful job with my cleaning and was prompt and gentle. I would highly recommend this practice!

I called Dr Raggi, as a new patient and outside office hours. He took me in given that I am in severe pain. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the pain started me on antibiotics and explained the treatment plan. The entire staff was very helpful. They went out of the way to ensure I get timely treatment. Given the covid situation I had called several dentists all refused to see a new patient even though it is an emergency case. Gorges dental definitely is the dental service with the correct attitude. I wish all dentists were like him.

COVID RELATED COMMENTS: I am a Ph.D. Candidate at Cornell University studying viruses, and I can say with a full heart that they are doing a really good job at protecting the health of their patients. You can trust this establishment.
GENERAL COMMENTS: The staff is quick, kind, respectful and fun to be around. They get you in and out very quickly and as a busy human - this is huge. I've recommended them to all of my friends in the area because they do an incredible job and also regularly help you work with your insurance to figure out what you're covered for.
