A great dentist with a wonderful staff. Everyone went out of their way to help me feel welcome and comfortable. The whole experience gave me the feeling I was working with friendly professionals.

Dr. Raggi took a great deal of extra time with me, explaining my complex problem, and recommended a wonderful, and less expensive way to deal with it, which is working out well. I certainly would recommend him, and go to him again when the need arises.

Great educational place to learn about mercury /amalgum filling removal. I didn't know all grey fillings have mercury. Wow! I want them out! They developed a customized plan to do the work. I'm excited to start feeling better and maybe get my thyroid working again.....continued. so they removed and replaced my many amalgam fillings today and they were only originally going to do half because I had so many. The procedure was very professional with all precautions taken. And I noticed they even protected the environment too with multiple filtration and methods. Water, suction and more suction, and face filters etc. The procedure was not rushed at all but it went so well they removed and rebuilt all my fillings except 1. Which I now have three options to approach the problem now as well. I have not felt so well cared for in a clinical setting ever. Very honest, very skilled, and everyone was very articulate and helpful. My favorite part is the doctors marvel collection.

I did deep cleaning here at the beginning of this year. I knew it was painful but with a hope of better teeth I did. But unfortunately, my teeth are still not health and remain the same as before.

Dr. Raggi and the staff at Gorges Dental are warm, welcoming and professional. The friends and family we have referred are all delighted with the knowledgeable care they have received. Dr. Raggi takes whatever time is required to satisfy any questions you might have, and shares clear details about your best options. His care and expertise have provided excellent outcomes, and inspire a sense of security. We are grateful for his top notch care!

All 3 of my kids just had their teeth cleaned.
Ages: 9,7,5. My 5 year old was so excited and as soon as her siblings went back she broke down in tears. Dr. Raggi heard her crying and he came out. He sat on the floor with his little dog and calmed her down. She become so much more comfortable. The dental hygienist is with her now (Jocelyn) and she is calm and didn't even need me there. They allowed their little dog to comfort her and it was what she needed. I highly recommend this office! From the Dr to the hygienist to the receptionist. This Mama is so thankful!

So relieved to find a good dentist to work with. His staff clearly enjoy working with him, and he seems a very honest, proficient, caring and capable dentist who wants to treat the whole person and not just drill and fill. And... My first visit, I'm greeted by a puppy who is in training to be a therapy dog??? What is this place? Amazing.

A friend of ours highly recommended Gorges dental for our children. After a lengthy delay in dental appointments (Covid’s fault) for our son because of the pandemic we were finally able to get him in. He unfortunately ended up needing a good amount of dental work. Everyone in this office is kind, friendly and happily explains everything that will be happening. While the procedure our son needed wasn’t the most fun I greatly appreciated everyone’s willingness to make him feel comfortable and get the procedure done with minimal tears. The office pups and treasure chest of treats still have my son looking forward to his next visit! Highly recommend this office for children’s dental work and my husband and I will be switching here as well.

Dr. Raggi was excellent and thorough. He carefully reviewed everything. His staff were so nice. His hygienist Joselin was incredible! The cleaning was painless and she was very careful and considerate. I took my kids here earlier this fall and they also had good things to say. A nice bonus is his massage chairs! Highly recommend.

I live in the Ithaca area and needed a dentist for my 4yr old,when I called Gorges dental to my surprise the doc himself answered the ph,and he took the time to listen to my situation and explained all options, great conversation. An appt was made for us to bring our child in the next day,and the entire experience we had was awesome, To top it all off,we both love the same football team,and doc spent a good few minutes talking about our team,the entire experience felt homely

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Dr. Raggi and his team. I worked with Samantha on getting my appointment(s) scheduled. Her customer service is beyond measurable! From her attention to detail to waiting a few minutes after the office closed, just to wait for my return call, I couldn't be more appreciative of her setting a great tone for my dental experience.
My actual appointment couldn't have gone better! I actually have a fear of dentists and yet, my experience with Dr. Raggi put that all to rest. He listened, and truly had my best interest at heart. It's rare to find someone who actually takes the time to make a game plan with you and answer you questions.
This was by far my best experience ever at a dentist.
