Ourselves and both of our young children go there and we find they are treated with kindness, respect, and excellent treatment. While they aren’t in network with insurance, they submit claims on our behalf, we receive the check and pay them directly. I called Gorges Dental in tremendous pain due to a cracked tooth. Mattie was nothing short of amazing - kind, compassionate, caring. She made sure to answer all my questions and get me booked in at the earliest opportunity. She even went out of her way to help me find their office! When I arrived, I was immediately seen by Jocelyn. Her reviews on here are spot on - she is as warm, funny, and personable as all the reviews said she was. During my appointment, I also had the privilege to meet with Dr. Raggi. He figured out my issue stunningly fast, and was so helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done to fix it. I had a wonderful childhood dentist that no one else could compare to, until now. Everyone there really took the time to take such good care of me, help me through my dental visit worries, and make sure I got the treatment I needed. They are absolutely the BEST!!!!

The staff is unbelievably knowledgeable! So friendly and easy to work with. And very funny! I have NEVER been to a better dentist/dental facility ever! State of the art equipment. The Doc looks like he was just born (blessed with good genes) but seriously the most knowledgeable dentist. He came highly recommended to me, so I thought I would give him a try, even though he is not in my network. I couldn’t be happier. So I scheduled my daughter, she had her appointment today and when she got home she went on and on for an hour about how great they are. I 100% recommend Gorges Dental!!!!

I'm a major dental phobe, and everyone at Gorges Dental made me feel comfortable. Very friendly staff from the office puppy to the receptionist, the dental hygienist and of course Dr.Raggi.
I had not seen a dentist in nearly 5 years (my prior dentist passed away)...I'm ready to get back to regular cleanings and dental care.
My teeth feel so much better/cleaner!!! I'll be returning soon for the dental work to be done (a filling and chipped tooth repair).

My search for a great dentist in Ithaca is finally over! I'm so glad someone recommended Dr. Raggi to me. He's a wonderful conversationist and listener, but the stars really go to the staff and hygenists in the office. They were all so thoughtful and kind. I had the best teeth cleaning ever, and afterwards we discussed good cleaning habits and future treatments plans. I'm so happy with the way my first appointment went, and look forward to the next one.

I’ve had dental anxiety for some time. This office made me feel incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the staff and Dr. Raggi, all of whom were kind, helpful, and informative. My hygienist was Jocelyn, and she was great. She took the time to explain many things, and we managed to have some enjoyable conversation when I could actually talk (ie no dental tools in my mouth). The cleaning she did was great, and while I do have some dental issues to take care of (As I haven’t seen a dentist in about ten years.) they gave me suggestions about small changes I could make to help protect my teeth in the future. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the offices as well. Even with my auto-immune disorder I felt sure they were being safe with everything going on in the world today. I have no regrets about going, feel good about finally getting my teeth looked at, and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist at this time.
