I have been a patient of this practice for years. I went there about a year ago in tears because i had a cracked tooth to see if I could be seen because no one was picking up the phone. They told me they could not see me for 3 months because they are booked. So I went to see another dentisit who I love. Since then they are now fixing teeth because of poor work done by NMC.. Recently I received a bill for a no show for my daughter in my name. I called and explained to them that I have not been a patient of theirs for more then a year and that this bill belongs to my 21 year old daughter. When i asked that the bill be sent to her and my name taken of from it She got smart and said give it to your daughter. Told her again to take my name off it She said you are the person we have down who if the bill don't get paid has to pay it. I told her she is 21 years old send it to her I'm no longer responsible for her bills. She then hung up the phone on me. Called back and asked to speak to the supervisor and she said she was the supervisor and before I could ask for her boss told me not to call back again and slammed down the phone and hung up on me again. Did not get the ladies name before she hung up on me for the second time. Seeing as how she keeps hanging up on my like the professional she claims to be this is my only form of making maybe her boss aware of how she is treating people.

I forgot the hygienist's name I had today, but she was the BEST I've had there in the practice! She was gentle and explained everything as she was doing it. I wish I could get her for ALL my visits from now on! :)

Worst dentist ever! I went there for a cleaning, x-rays and to see about getting a cavity filled. The initial appt. was in October. During the procedure for the cleaning the dental Hygienist was yanking on my teeth and it felt like she was trying to loosen my crowns. After the appt I was unable to get a filling and I was told they could not get me in for a filling until Dec.. I needed a filling asap or I would have needed a root canal. That's what they were rooting for but I was smarter than that so I found another Dentist. Then I had a small chip a the tip of my tooth and they tried to charge $ 200.00 for something that took two seconds to fix. My ins co would not cover it because they lied about what they had did. I am calling the better business bureau on them asap. Please don't go there to have any work done on your teeth!!!! They are a rip off and service is horrible.

Dr Merola is my dentist and I am so lucky to have him.He is the best in the Syracuse area,he saved one of my teeth during the early Covid Pandemic days.Only after 2 other dentists in the area destroyed it down to its root.The staff at Dr Merolas is always helpful and informative with all my questions and insurance issues.The field of dental and facial aesthetics is widely changing and very competitive.Dr Merola is at the top of his game in both of these areas with the latest and current instruments and facial recognition .

Went here for the first time the other day. Staff was super friendly. My appointment was at a set time and I arrived and had little to no wait. Was clean and professional. Was overall very happy with my experience.
