I Am So Happy To Have Found Merola!
It Has Literally Saved Both My Teeth And A Huge Expense.
I Was Told by Another “Box” Dental Office Only A Month Earlier That I would Need A Partial, As They Indicated that My 4 Front Teeth Were Loose and There Was Nothing Short of Pulling Them That Could be Done.
Because These Are My Front Teeth, I Made an Appointment At Merola to Get Another Opinion. Along With Other Options that Could be Available to me.
Imagine My Surprise When the Dental Hygienist Told me that Not only were there nothing Wrong with These Teeth, But the Dentist Would not Recommend Pulling Healthy Teeth.
The Entire Staff Was Friendly, Professional, Helpful and Knowledgeable. They Took Time to answer my Questions and to make certain that I Understood the entire process.
They Could have Easily Confirmed What the Previous Dentist Told Me; Which Would have brought Several Thousand Dollars of Work to Their Office, But Instead Stood by Their Integrity, Knowledge and Education To Their Craft To to Design a Treatment Plan to fit My Individual Needs.
I Would Highly Recommend Them For Any Dental Needs!

This office lived up to the positive reviews. Everyone was so friendly and made you feel like you’ve been going there for years. They made it easy for my 3 year old and I to get cleanings the same day. I also hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and, again, felt like I’ve been going there for years. Staff is so friendly at Merola Family Dentistry- especially Dr. Merola. He comes in and makes sure you have no other concerns during a routine cleaning and is so pleasant. I also had him do a wonderful job on a tooth implant and in-house crown work. Very modern office and technology. Highly recommend.

Dr. Merola and all his staff are wonderful!!! Have been a patient of this practice for years and everything got even better when Dr. Merola took over. Everyone at the office is friendly, polite and caring. It doesn’t matter if you come in for dental work, routine exam, or cleaning, Dr. Merola never rushes and always provides excellent care by listening to your issues, listing all available options and giving you the best recommendations. Can’t say enough about how great this office is! Would recommend to everyone!

Today I had an appointment at Dr. Merola's office, I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. Dr. Merola and Adrianna were very professional while also keeping the mood light, this is a plus, especially for someone who doesnt necessarily like the dentist office. This was my second time going to this office and both times have been great, the friendly receptionist, dental hygienist, assistants and Dr. Merola make this office the best in CNY.
