This office is top notch! From the moment you walk in you realize the employees care about you. The professionalism of every person you encounter is amazing. The receptionists are kind and helpful. The hygienists are not only great at what they do, they really care about how you are doing and if they can help in any way. Dr. Merola is just warm and welcoming. He takes time to explain what he sees and what he can do to help. When he shakes your hard you know he wants to know everything he can do to make sure your teeth are healthy and you are happy. We travel an hour to come to our appointments and it is worth it. When you are treated this well and know you are getting great service an hour drive is simply not an issue. My family and I are so thankful for such great care.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Merola and his family dentistry practice. He is friendly, professional, and does a fantastic job with his work. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. His office told me how much my co-pay would be before my visit. Dr. Merola is down to earth and cares about his patients. He gave me the right amount of novacaine to avoid all pain with my root canal. I was quite worried that I would experience discomfort, but Dr. Merola assured me that I wouldn't and he was correct. Thank you Dr. Merola Family Dentistry for being there for all my dental needs. I trust them with my dental health because they care about their patients and how they are feeling. He even asked me about my family life which made me feel that much more comfortable.
