I don’t even know where to start to commend Dr Merola enough. First off - I used to work at that office for his Dad 30 years ago! He is as kind and knowledgeable as his dad. I love the way he is to his staff he is so patient and I had a little anxiety attack when I was there (nothing to do with feeling uneasy- it’s just me) and he made me feel like I could take all the time I needed - even though he squeezed me in as an emergency! Secondly - I didn’t feel a thing I was out in a jiffy and he did the most conservative procedure rather than selling me on something I might not need. He’s so good at what he does from bed side manner and respect of his staff and patients to the best dental work I’ve seen. I love him!

Awful office staff. They could not possibly care less about the patients. They seem to enjoy finding ways to use their policies to Lord over you. Do not waste your time or money!

Doctor Merola and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. Since going to them I have had nothing but the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. They are kind, caring, and professional every single time I go.
I’ve been insecure about my smile for a long time. I had an accident when I was 8 years old, that left me with a broken front tooth. I have had it fixed many times over the years, by different dentist and it has never turned out right. The color and shape would always be off, and I would cover my mouth any time I smiled.
After being unhappy with my experiences at other practices, I finally found the perfect office. Dr Merola changed my life with the new smile he gave me. Him and his staff were so accommodating and compassionate. Doctor Merola is extremely conscious of your needs. I could not speak any higher of what, in my opinion, is the best dentist. The whole staff have incredible synergy. He explained to me all of my options and what was best for my particular case. Doctor Merola took my vision and turned it into the smile I always wanted. You can see the love he has for his work and that it’s not just a job to him. He has all the new technology and he Is not your normal “cookie cutter” Dentist. I am so grateful for the entire staff at Merola Family Dentistry. Thank you for putting such care in your work and giving me my smile back!

I'm torn. They do a great job. Very friendly and professional. I'm a working professional with a crazy and chaotic job which has resulted in me canceling and rescheduling on a several occasions which they've always been accomodating. Last cleaning I sat in the chair for 15 minutes in the middle of the day waiting for Dr. M to come by for my 45 second meet, greet, and review of the technicians notes and then leave. He never showed, I left because I had to get back to work for a meeting. Really frustrating.
