Natalie Barclay is the worst, most incompetent dentist you could see!! She shaved down the tip of my tooth!!! It is now without it’s point. She did it when I returned to have her fix the worst filling I’ve ever received. Unbelievable who is able to get a job these days! The bar is low!!! Save your teeth!
I went to the dentist knowing I had four cavities. One was on the right side of my mouth, three cavities were located on the left side of my mouth. At my appointment the hygienist cleaned my teeth and numbed the left side of my mouth with numbing gel because that’s where she thought the dentist would start.
The dentist decided to numb the right side of my mouth instead and start with just the one cavity and leave the other three for later. I left and made an appointment to have the rest of the cavities filled.
During the three weeks between appointments a tooth on the left side of my mouth cracked and broke. I called the dentist to ask of course why they didn’t fill the left side first which would have prevented the break and for an earlier appointment to fix the broken tooth. I called the dentist at 8 AM, I got a return call at 5 PM after a second call. The dentist did not apologize and didn’t offer an earlier appointment to fix the broken tooth. I waited over a week and went back on my appointment day to have the rest of my fillings completed.
During this appointment it was quite clear the dentist was unhappy that I called her. She did not speak to me the entire visit except to tell me where to move my head. She made me extremely uncomfortable. My whole left side was numb, top and bottom, so I could not tell how horrible a job she had done until the Novocain wore off. I have never had a worse experience in my life. The right teeth clearly did not touch together at all!
When I returned to have her fix her mistake she said if the patient doesn’t bite down hard enough when she asks them to that this happens. She of course blames me. She asked me to bite down one time during the entire filling so it’s no wonder she couldn’t tell from that. All she would have had to do was look at my smile, I have photos of how clear it is my teeth are not closing together.
She was rude the entire time she was fixing her mistake. It still feels as though there is a film of filling material on the exterior of my tooth but she was so rude I had to leave. I will never go back! Find someone else!!
I looked to find she shaved down the tip of my tooth while “fixing” her mistake!! She literally took the point from my tooth for spite?! Save yourself, go elsewhere!!
