I went there before surgery to check to see if I had any infections goes to the doctor told me to get x-ray told me no infections till my tooth little discomfort after we got my surgery the next day I was in the house for four weeks couldn’t go anywhere so I was basically Eno on pain medication once I start the pain medication I felt it tooth again and then I get worse and worse and worse with back to the dentist he took another x-ray same tooth and then told me I need a root canal I got a copy of both x-rays they were both the same I need a root canal from the start send a top it off today I just called up try to set a root canal at the Queensberry talk to the receptionist or not the receptionist but their answering service she told me that I could get up there if I get up there by 10 they could do the root canal she has me scheduled for 10 I drive all the way up there from Albany Latham get up there and they say they cannot do it and she shouldn’t schedule me so I wasted I have a day of work gas money and then I took my premed pills I’m gonna have to buy again terrible terrible service

Everyone was super nice and professional. The hygienist was very gentle and helpful, she was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I didn't see the dentist for very long, but she was also very gentle on my teeth/gums.

Extremely disgusted and disappointed for the negligence in this dentistry. I would never recommend this office and highly encourage anyone looking into receiving dental treatments to go somewhere else. After months of visits, pain, and unnecessary treatment I have fragments of my wisdom tooth (that was removed 6yrs ago) now pushing through my gums. I have undergone an unnecessary root canal treatment and payment. My mouth is now worse than before I went in for my original appointment to just receive a cleaning. I hope this is read by many and I hope to have these so called “professionals” held accountable for their harmful actions.

Worst experience I've ever had, I went in for a cleaning and was told I needed a scaling when I told them I'm retired and on a fixed income and my insurance will not pay for that they refused to do the cleaning stating they could lose their license if they did a cleaning when I needed the much more exspensive scaling which is a total lie! I checked with 5 other dentist and a medical attorney and they all said that was not true! How awful for this company to scam money out of seniors

Went there with my son for a injury to his tooth and they won us over for all our dental needs. The staff and Dr there are all amazing. It's close to a hr drive for us, and absolutely worth every min. All my anxiety that I have with dental related things completely lifted within the first 10 min of being there. From the big smile the receptionist greets you with when you walk through the door to the caring, knowlagable dental team that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The whole experience was perfect right down to the check out process where they take the time to go over insurance process and coverage, also your availability for your next appointments.

I've had terrible experiences with Dentists in the past that has led me to have dental anxiety, this office is fantastic and everything I wrote down on the "new patient sheet" they attend to and ease my anxiety. They have very personalized care, a lovely front desk staff, and they send me text message reminders about appointments so I don't forget.
