Worst and unprofessional dentist I’ve ever been too. It’s all about the money, not the customer. Unfortunately there has been times where I’ve had things come up (because it’s life) and this last time I’ve been sick. Got a letter stating I was not welcome to come back. They are only interested in the money. Insurance company verified the dental work was approved but the office refused to give me an appointment because they said I had a balance on the account. They could have very easily given me an appointment and if they didn’t believe me about the insurance should have followed up with them. Instead they refused to give me an appointment until the balance was paid in full Terrible customer service
