I had a 1030 appointment for a tooth extraction but was not seen until 1230. People who had appointments after me were seen first. Receptionist said it was first come first serve. Then why have an appointment time? Then to top that off my pharmacy called to tell me the pain medication that the office called in was one I am deathly allergic to and its listed on my chart at the dentist office.
