had a very bad experience at my last dentist and was very nervous. As soon as you walk in the door its nothing but very nice people. The doctor is fantastic and takes the extra time to explain everything to put you at ease. I highly suggest going to this dentist my daughter will be having her first dentist appointment with them also.

I can't tell you when the last time that I was so well informed on the procedure that I had today. (Except for the first appointment at this office and it just keeps getting better) This office is fantastic. No pain, no confusion, no complaints and a reduction in the costs since the procedure went smoothly. Who does that??? The Dentist are caring and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable appointment. I was unhappy with my current dentist and shopped around for another. I was about to give up when my neighbor recommended I call on Dr. DiMento's practice, Your Syracuse Family Dentist. I was so happy I did! From the first phone call, I knew I was going to like this practice. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the place is beautifully decorated, clean, and very high tech/modern. I was made to feel welcome and wasn't rushed. I'd been having an issue with a tooth for several months and was frustrated that nothing seemed to be working to fix the problem. That is, until Dr. Dimento took the time to thoroughly evaluate the pictures he took and discovered the problem. I was ecstatic! After months of frustration and 3 dentists later, I finally got the answer I was looking for! He diagnosed the problem and set me up with an apt. to fix it within a weeks' time. No more waiting! I've rarely been to either a dental practice or a doctor's office where they hit on all cylinders but this practice sure did and i walked out of there smiling and hopeful. Thank you to you all! I am so happy I found a new home!
