They are all knowledgeable, skilled, gentle, kind and understanding. I am the biggest baby in the whole world when it comes to dental work. I had some extractions and Alexis held my hand through the whole thing. Dr. DiMento is absolutely wonderful. He took so much time with me. He explained everything to me in detail and just what his plan was for me. He made sure I was never ever in any pain. I now have a beautiful smile. Wednesday I had a urgent need to see Dr. DiMento for a very painful tooth problem. They graciously fit me in and were very gentle and considerate in the entire procedure. I ended up with the tooth needing immediate Endodontic care. Dr. DiMento and Tamara did all they could for me up to that point. Then they even made an appointment with Dr. Burgess at Endodontic Associates for the very next day. I had to have a root canal to save the tooth. Dr. DiMento recommended a dentist (almost) as gentle and considerate as himself. I highly recommend Your Syracuse Family Dentist, Dr. Vincent DiMento, for the best dental care anywhere!

Couldn't be more impressed. The staff is open and honest, making it very clear both verbally and in practice that transparency is their goal. I was sure I had cavities from my plastic braces and my last dentist didn't give it a thought. The staff listened, investigated, and documented a plan. Their methods are thorough and they actually care about the health of your mouth, not just the cash flow of routine cleaning.
Also, the office is impressive. Open bays for inspection and cleaning with a very efficient flow without feeling sterile or cheap. Almost looks like a dentist, manufacturing engineer, and home decorator put their heads together.
