Unprofessional and overpriced. Then had a regular cleaning scheduled, and they called 2 days ahead to cancel and say they aren't staying open that late anymore, said they would follow up and never did. Bad experience here, not going back. Do not recommend.

I found Arden Dental at the Ag Center Health fair 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier. I actually had an appointment with another dental office and I had to cancel that appointment because I was so impressed with Dr Clark and her support staff she had with her that day, I had to visit the office. Boy was I glad I did. The rest of the office staff and the other dentists were of as equally high of a caliber. Just saying...a great call on my part and you can make the same great call...They now have a relatively new addition to their staff, Dr. S. Lee. I must say that they hit a home run with the addition of Dr.Lee to the staff. She has adjusted my bridge twice now over the last year and it's spot on. Great work Dr. Lee.

Dr. Huffman and the entire staff at the Arden Dental Group are the most compassionate and caring people that you could wish for. Dr. Huffman has been my dentist for more than 20 years and has always treated me with kindness and respect. You will not find people that care more about their patients well being and state of mind anywhere in WNC.

from the moment i walked in the door, i knew i had found my new dentist office! they pulled up my insurance information, explained everything up front, were caring and made my first visit in quite a while relaxing and fun! they were helpful in getting me back on track to my dental health, and i was able to make all my follow up appointments and they even made my oral surgery appointment for me at a time that was convenient with my schedule.

I saw Dr. Lee for a consultation and she said I have a bunch of cavities, then quoted me over double for crowns vs another dentist in town. The cavities made me skeptical because I've been seeing lots of dentists lately as I'm doing major restoration work and very much taking care of my teeth. I went to see another dentist for an opinion and he confirmed that I only have a tiny cavity in one spot that isn't urgent. It really makes me think there is some incompetency or something else going on. Dr. Lee also said I could get a gum graft AFTER my tooth restoration, if I needed one (which I do), but the periodontist confirmed I HAD to have it done before restoration. Now I had 2 specialists contradicting her. So I feel like I saved myself from bad judgement and unnecessary drilling into my teeth because I decided NOT to go with Arden Dental.

I’ve been a patient of Arden Dental Group for four years. The entire staff is wonderful— from the ladies at the desk, to the assistants and hygienists, to the doctors. I appreciate that they go out of their way to make sure I have a relaxed, painless experience and that they take time to thoroughly answer my questions. Wish I could give more stars. Let me start off my saying I haven’t been to a dentist in probably 10 years. Needless to say I was nervous going in, embarrassed by the fact that I hadn’t had a routine cleaning in so long. I knew I had some issues and also something fairly major I wanted to take care of. Dr. Clark and Brooke made it one of the best experiences in my adult life. From the second I walked in, I felt welcome and like I was at home. Dr. Clark had me cracking up in the chair, which is not something I expected to be doing at a dentist visit. My hygienist Brooke, not only did an amazing job, but also made me feel at ease. If you are looking for a regular dental office, stop your search and call these people!
