The office staff is horrible!!! The dentists and dental assistants are great. I called prior to appointment with new insurance info and they said yes they take it. Then gave new card upon arrival for my cleaning and yes we take your insurance. The next day they call and say no we don't. Months later I receive an invoice for it. I call to complain and wait on hold for 15 minutes to be told I will get a call back. The office manager is SO RUDE. She said it's not their fault...I GAVE MY INSURANCE INFO TO YOU TWICE!!! I've escalated to Cigna. It's unfortunate that the amazing operation staff will lose business because the admin team can't do their job. I requested to speak to someone above the office manager as I was sick of her yelling at me. She said she would tell one of the Dr's to call me...NOTHING. HORRIBLE customer service. I will not pay this bill and I will be all over social media and my local contacts to keep away from this place. They have some great staff, just not the office staff and like I stated the office manager is as rude as you can find. I can't believe they actually her as part of the team.

I have always had a excellent experience when going here for my dental needs. Although prices are expensive for bigger things like crowns, but the quality of the work and product is top notch. All dentists charge a lot for their work. I'm not too sure how I'm going to pay the Care Credit bill but I am thankful to the staff for catching the cavity in time to save my tooth. I am thankful to the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. Thank you!

Bob and the team at Arden Dental are great. Easy to work with and very careful. I have had thousands of dollars of dental work because of calcium deficiency as a child in lots of dental offices because my work made me move a bunch and the tech's at Arden are very kind to me and my mouth. If you need a gentle dentist Dr. Bob Huffman should be one you see.

Terrible dental office! When I came in, they told me it will be 139$ for X-ray and my first visit. But during the exam, they took me to another machine without telling me I have to pay extra for that (because I was easy to throw up with their other low quality equipments). When I paid, they charged me 210$. I asked why, they said because they used another machine which they should have told me about extra charge. Moreover, they were not gentle when they put stuffs in my mouth although i told them I am very sensitive. Besides, their equipments are even worse than the dental office I went 8 years ago(old, look like kids’’toys ). Their customer’s services are not professional too. Waste my time and money!!!

Leave it to me to need a root canal in the middle of a pandemic, but I did. Dr. Clark and her staff rushed to help me, keeping me from going into the ER. A place I didn't want to go during this time. Since day one, Dr. Clark and her staff have been caring, on point, and FUN. Not many people can say that about their dentist! They take pride in their work, keep there patients safe to the best of their ability, and just generally seem to care about us. What more can I say? It's an A+ team.
