There is not a lot of places where you go and feel that the staff genuinely care about you. Well this is one of them. I could not ask for a better experience when going to the dentist. Absolutely wonderful staff and I definitely recommend Arden Premier Dentistry 100%.

Great hygienists, but the reception you receive when you arrive is sub-par. The front office staff is not friendly and trying to reach them by phone is a chore.
Dr. Meinhold is not a personable person and a bit demeaning. Last procedure I had there, she referred to me in the third person during the entire procedure, all the while talking to her assistant.

While the front staff and cleaning team is fantastic, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR INSURANCE! They filed my wife’s claim under my insurance number which was incorrect, then they filed with the wrong tax number twice and when they FINALLY submitted all the correct information, it was a year and a half later and denied because it was not submitted in a timely manner. With all that said, they told me I was responsible because they screwed up.

My family and I are new to area and found Terri Meinhold on our insurance provider list and went to them for family dental care. My 16 year old son had a tooth that it was determined needed a root canal or to be pulled. I had made payment arrangements on a previous bill due of $259 from a couple of fillings they did in my 16 year old and my 12 year old. They replaced a filling in the tooth in question that was supposed to be temporary. Previous to them refilling this tooth it was causing him no pain but we made appointment to have it removed. Over weekend it swoll and caused him much pain. The day before the appointment I am informed that they will not see him unless I pay them $159. The day before! And my son is in pain basically that THEY CAUSED. I tried to reason with them that they had most of their money 80% the insurance paid and I had paid some on the bill. I tried to reason with them but obviously their money was more important than the 16 year old child that was in pain. I had to take him to an emergency appointment at another dentist. I will not recommend this dentist to ANYONE. In my opinion this dentist has no compassion and money is more important to them than a hurting child. My children have told me since that they did not feel comfortable with them anyway.
