Terribly unhappy. I had a small chip on my molar and the dentist assured me he could just shave a little off to smoothen it. He said it would take a couple of seconds and have no repercussions. I agreed since the chip was slightly sharp to my tongue. After he shaved off my tooth he said the molar was extremely cavity prone now and it required a filling. I had gotten an xray before he shaved my tooth, so he should've known if I would need a filling regardless. All of this and then I had to pay out of pocket even though the front desk said insurance would cover it. Terrible dentist don't come here

I felt confidence when going to see Dr. Meinhold and her staff. Dr. Planer who has taken over for the now retired Meinhold has retained the staff and has brought with her broad experience that has energized the practice. I felt an immediate confidence during my first her and have since needed a crown and a replacement night guard which has further validated that confidence. All in all a wonderful transition.(2017)
The torch was recently passed to Dustin Hickman who has proven to be a worthy successor. I have had three encounters - crown for an implant, fillings for front teeth, and cleaning/consultation earlier this week. He and his staff have been excellent - from front desk to hygienist to assistant. He has roots in this area and I look forward to him continuing as my dentist for many years to come. (4/16/2021)

This was my first visit to have my teeth cleaned. The office was very professional and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very experienced and did a very thorough job. Dr. Planer was very warm and personable followed up with a thorough oral exam. Based on my experience I would happily recommend this practice.

I'm very happy with my recent and first visit. My experience with everyone, front desk, hygienist and dentist were all professional and kind. The hygienist told me everything she was doing before she did it. The Dentist fixed a wire from my permanent retainer so it would cut me anymore. I went in to get my teeth clean and appreciate that she took time to talk, listen and go above to keep me from cutting my tongue on the wire. I'm actually looking forward to going back. Excellent experience!

Very comfortable atmosphere with very professional and personable hygienist (Beth) and knowledgeable and pleasant dentist (Dr. Planner). Never liked going to the dentist before but feel now my mouth is in good hands. Great practice that I would recommend to anyone.

I was running about five minutes late for my very first appointment to their office, I despise being late to anything. Naturally, when I showed up at there front desk I was all flustered about being late. The young lady at the front put me at ease and assured me all was fine and not to worry. She checked her computer and already had all my information which I had previously filled out online from the comfort of my home (how convenient).
The hygienist was a pleasure to work with, and she too made me feel at ease and very comfortable. Unfortunately, I have a horrible memory and cannot thank her by name here, just know, you made my visit very pleasant, considering it has been a number of years since I had been to the dentist. Dr. Planer is a straight shooter and told me exactly what needed to be done and by the end of the day I had an email with an attached itemized treatment plan .
Excellent staff throughout the office, would definitely recommend to others.

This is a great place. The staff was friendly, and kind. Jessica Planner is very thorough with explaining what issues you have with your teeth and with any procedures that she is going to do while you are there. I will definitely refer this office to anyone .

I have never been afraid of much with the exception of (as most people) Dental procedures.
I guess this stems back to old barbaric practices as a child.
Let me be the first to say I feel great to have overcome this, the entire staff at Arden Premier Dentistry with there calming and caring professional care and basically pain free procedures are the best.
I won't say I look forward to continued treatment but I can say I will no longer have that fear.
I know I'm in great hands.
This team really puts the patients concerns first.
