May sound so wrong but even for a Dental office they make you feel at ease.
My experience is they go above and beyond to spend time clarifying your personal dental needs.

Went in as a new patient. It had been a while since I seen a dentist. I do not like the dentist. I've had bad experiences in the past which made me put off going for years. Kelly took great care of me and kept me in the loop of everything happening while I was there. I needed an extensive cleaning and she was great. I look forward to my follow up and continue care for years to come. I hope each visit I have the same experience as I did today. Thank you Kelly 😊

I needed to see a dentist for a tooth pain that suddenly came up. When I called, they were able to schedule me for the next day which was awesome.
I have anxiety and take medication for it, but they made me feel comfortable. The dentist sat down to talk to me and get to know a little about me before any work was done.
I was probably the worst patient for them as I have a bad gag reflex and my anxiety doesn't help at all, but they made me feel comfortable and the dentist and assistant were excellent in the work they did and with explaining what I needed done at that time and for the future.
Highly recommend this place.

Dr. Planer and her staff are worth every star I've given them. From my 1st phone call, the receptionist was courteous and friendly. Even though I had never been seen by them before, she recognized that I needed to be seen immediately and set up an appointment for the following morning. Their office is immaculate. Dr. Planer's Dental Assistant was welcoming, friendly and concerned. I was nervous and she made me feel very comfortable. I was very impressed with Dr. Planer. She talked with me, did not seem rushed and was interested in learning more about me and the problems I had been experiencing. She was gentle, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in getting me set up to get the work done. I have full confidence in her. We are new to this area and I'm so grateful that I have found Dr. Planer and the Arden Premier Dentistry.

Today was my second visit with Arden Premier and I’m quite pleased with my experiences here. The hygienists are so kind and gentle and really take their time to get to know your dental history and care about making your visit as comfortable as possible. I also met Dr. Planer and she was so fun and polite and answered any of the questions I had without missing a beat. I highly recommend Arden Premier. You won’t be disappointed!
