Dr. Meinhold has been our dentist since 1994 or 1995. I am saddened by the review that was posted about a month ago. I can tell they do not know her and took the opportunity to share their one experience. I don't know the circumstances of that experience but I would like to share some of mine.
When we were new in town, I scheduled and appointment with her and asked about my daughter. She isn't specifically a pediatric dentist but took my daughter on as a patient at 5 years old. When she broke her front tooth off, I called Dr. Meinhold on that Sunday evening and she told me what to do and saw her first thing the next morning, helped coordinate the root canal midday, then bonded her tooth back on when it was done.
I was at work last year and cracked a really old crown in half by chomping on a mint. I called her office. They told me to come right then. She and Daina made a new crown while I was there. By the way, Daina is incredibly talented.
This week I took my 7 year old son for his visit. I explained to Beth that I was concerned because his front tooth has not come in and he lost it in February...9 months earlier. Beth and Dr. Meinhold looked at his other teeth and how slow they were coming in, looked at his gums, and showed me where his tooth is there but probably going to come in really slow because of the progress of his other teeth and how thick his gums are. They took the time to show me and ease my mind.
These are just some of the experiences we've had with her. She has never made us feel like money was more important than the care we received.

Horrible. Worst dentist my boyfriend has ever been to see. He had 2 crowns by her and one didn't last 2 years. When he called her, she would not stand behind her work...She is rude and we can NOT recommend her. Probably the absolute worst dentist in Western North Carolina.
