Absolutely wonderful experience. They are so worried about you hurting and take all measures to make sure you are ok. I will be going there for the rest of my life I hope. The dentist is great, fast, efficient, accurate, and is just on her game.

I would not give 1 star if I did not have too. I liked Dr. Planer but other than that it has been a year of problems. First I was told by the front desk associates when I first went there that they did not accept my insurance. My insurance company had to call them to tell them they did accept my insurance and explain it to them. On the next visit they made me pay for my procedure stating that my insurance would not pay for it. After my insurance did pay them it took weeks to get a check back from them. I had an appt. today at 10:30 that they called and rescheduled last week because their hygienist did not work on my originally scheduled day. So I moved it to today. They called me at 9 am today to tell me that they no longer accepted my insurance again. They also stated that Dr. Planer was not longer the dentist there. This is incompetence at it's finest!

We went to Terri Meinhold after having a negative experience with another dentist in town who spent a lot of time "pushing product" and not as much caring for our teeth. My husband wanted a female dentist, so we tried Terri and were very pleased. Her office is clean, bright, and efficient. There have been several hygienists over the time we've been going, but they've all been top-notch. They do the work and don't talk too much, which is always frustrating when they have their hands in your mouth. Terri has everything timed wonderfully, so you never have to sit in the chair for long before she checks in to do her final look. I've had a lot of crowns done over the years and the process has always been seamless and pain-free. Terri is very patient and concerned with my comfort. I don't dread the dentist as much as I used to.

Most people see going to the dentist as a necessary evil, including me. But at least Kelly and Dr Planer make it pleasant. Dr Planer gives great advice and I trust her judgment, after a lot of questions, when she makes suggestions. Glad she is with us.

I love Dr. Planer and her whole staff!!!! I had to have a crown recently (my first one) and I was very nervous. Dr. Planer was so gentle and her staff walked me through the whole process! Nothing but positivity from this office!!
