Everyone in this dental group is fabulous, from the front desk the dentists. They are all caring and friendly.
Tracy, my hygienist, is thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She is ever alert to my needs and gives sound advice.
Dr. Duncan is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled dentists I know. I trust him completely to take care of my dental needs.
There is NO ‘assembly line’ feeling here. Instead, it feels like home!

After a lifetime of “little to no” problems with my teeth, this past year had me facing a few. A couple of things seemed to be just straight forward/routine “fixes” yet turned out to be more involved than we expected.

In the past, I have not had the best relationship with dentists but Biltmore Dental Group turned that around for me. My dental assistant, I believe her name is Julia, and Dr. Pence are amazing. They are kind and make me feel at ease and not judged. All of the staff are amazing, it is honestly like a family in there. Cannot recommend this dental office enough, best one around!
