Dr. Poulos and his assistant were great! He was patient in carefully explaining my proposed treatment plan and he has a sense of humor, which helped me relax! His assistant needs an award! Truly! She was so patient and understanding with helping me get through a full set of X Rays! I’m moving the family over to Biltmore Dental Group from my former dentist of 10+ years! I didn’t give 5 starts because the wait was a little long at 30 minutes. Other than that, I’d recommend them!

Dr. Pence did a fantastic job repairing my bonding and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Bonding is an art and I was truly impressed with his attention to detail and teeth sculpting skills. Dr. Pence has wonderful bedside manner and I was so comfortable for my procedure. I am much happier with my smile now. The office staff was amazing and everyone was so kind and caring. I highly recommend this dentist office!
