I’ve always tried to get pro appointments as early as possible so I can get practitioners at the top of their day. I’m convinced that’s when all best work is accomplished. At 7:45 am, Biltmore Dental Group served up a fine, gentle welcome, fast, thorough service, and genuine patience explaining charges at the end. I’m going back for all that and decent pricing.

Easy to get an appointment; I went for my second cleaning at the beginning of October; Very professional and no-nonsense dental hygiene - which is all I have experience of. No pressure to have additional procedures - so I am very happy with my new fuddling dentist (I was with my previous dentist for over 25 years before I moved to Asheville)

Two different dentists in this office worked on two of my teeth over the span of a year. Both teeth needed fillings and one a root canal. After my insurance was charged and I was charged several co pays to fill these teeth multiple times,because the fillings kept coming out, I had to have one of them pulled and was told the other would have to be pulled. I have filed a complaint through my insurance company because this is unacceptable. If the teeth needed pulled in the beginning this office would not have profited several thousand dollars off of me. It’s very clear that both dentists just want to keep charging over and over fraudulently. Oh and the second tooth can’t be fixed by them because my insurance has reached its limit this year!

Had a dental emergency and I didn't know who to call or really what to do. I called Biltmore Dental and spoke to Pam, the receptionist. She was very nice and helpful. She was able to get me an apt that same day. I got to my apt early to fill out new patient forms. Had to wait maybe 15mins to get called back after I arrived. The dental assistant was also very nice. I think her name was Julia. She was very gentle when looking at my mouth since it was swollen and sore. All was going well until the dentist came in, DDS Milton Poulos, he was very rough when opening my mouth and looking around. I was literally in tears when he was doing anything in my mouth. He also talked down to me and acted as if I was just some stupid kid. Another thing I didn't like was that I wasn't able to work out any kind of payment agreement. I had to pay out of pocket that same day since I have no insurance. I mean 220$ just for an xray and a simple extraction. That's alot for some people.
