I had a future appointment for a cleaning, but broke a tooth over the weekend. As a new patient I had low confidence that I would be able to get in quickly. When I called Julie was responsive and understood my situation. I was in the dentist chair within two hours and received top-notch care. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming. The facility is great. I highly recommend this practice.

The office is up to date and nice. Dr. Shane and the other staff were all helpful. I was very happy with the results of my cleaning and root canal.
What knocked off 2 stars was the fact that I can *never* get a hold of anyone when I try to call. I think out of 15 phone calls over several days, at different times of day, they've maybe answered once. My husband tried the online inquiry since he's not a patient yet and it's been over a month now with no response.
The phone number on a Google search is different from the phone number on the website. I've tried both with the same result: no response.
I loved the office itself but if I can never reach anybody to make an appointment I'm not sure how long I'll continue being a patient here.

Normally a dentist appointment is not something to boast about. It's typically a reluctant necessity. BUT, Carolina Smiles was different. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The facility was super clean. The staff was extremely attentive and fun. I have been to several dentist office's in the past. None of them compare to Carolina Smiles. They have the best, newest - latest - greatest technology. All in all it was my best experience ever at a dentist office.

I broke a front tooth on a Thursday night, called Carolina Smiles on Friday morning and got in that day. They weee able to install a temp crown that day. There wasn’t any pain and they (dr Richie and staff) did s great job. In 3 weeks I get the permanent crown. Excellent dentist

Richie and Stephanie went the extra mile for by staying late to put a temporary crown on a tooth that was cracked. I have dental traumas left over from childhood and they were kind and professional all around. And also Dr Richie is wonderful and my experience was painless!

I have always had a pleasant experience. The office is clean and comfortable. I have not waited for more than ten minutes. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. You can tell that they enjoy their work and do it well. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!
