I never thought I would be excited about going to a dentist. My first visit was very pleasant. The girls are all very professional but are so much fun to talk to. My new Dr. is Dr. Garrett who I instantly had a connection with My name is also Garrett. He was not in a hurry and did a wonderful job on my front tooth. It's perfect and he didn't hurt me at all. I'm so glad that I found someone that cares about fixing my teeth that I have already made my next appointment for next week.

I have been going to Carolina Smiles since moving here from Michigan 15 years ago. I didn't think that I could ever find a dentist or dental practice as good as the one I left! But i found one even better! The hygenists are top notch and very kind...all of them! The dentists are also very kind and accommodating. I don't worry or get anxious before my appointment because I know they will make sure I won't have a painful experience. The staff at the front desk are so very sweet and helpful and always go above and beyond their duties. Thank you to all! 5 Stars isn't enough to rate this wonderful dental practice! I left a well-loved dental group in Jacksonville, FL, when I moved to North Carolina. I now have found a new dental group that I like even better. While there in December, I mentioned to one of the assistants that the office really felt like a family. She said, "Funny you should say that, because when we aren't here we hang out together." You can get a crown anywhere, but you can't get the family atmosphere anywhere. The dentists even have their family's pictures displayed in the waiting area. Also, I must say Dr. Van is my new Rock Star. He recently made all of my teeth brighter and whiter and I couldn't be happier. I even had a friend notice them on Facebook.

This was the most professional and nicest dentist office that I have ever been to. I have fairly complicated issue which i was given all possible options in order to make a decision. Dentist (Dr. Shane) and staff all VERY patient oriented. I highly recommend Carolina Smiles!
