I have been going to Carolina Smiles for quite a number of years, following them from their previous space to their beautiful new office. By now, I think I have seen all the dentists there for one reason or another, and they are all excellent. Every single one of their staff is friendly and helpful. The way they are handling Covid is great as well. I would highly recommend them.

Very thorough examination with state of the art equipment. Very gentle and patient focused. Services quoted were 40% less than my previous dentist plus I only needed one crown instead of three. Was able to work my follow up appointments into my tight schedule. Highly recomended!

I have been to the office on 2 occasions, both unfortunately for emergency care. I found the entire experience, from somehow being scheduled almost immediately but not feeling as if I were being squeezed in and rushed, to the diagnosis and treatment, including a somewhat difficult extraction to be a perfect balance of professional yet personalized and warm. Both doctors treated me as if I were the only patient in the office taking the time to listen thoroughly to my felt needs before loading me down with a bunch of “dentaleze”. I had no intention of making them my new dental dentists as I am/was very happy with my dentist in Raleigh. But somewhere in the process the switch was made. And I’m fairly confident I made a good decision, because I should probably tell you that I, too, am a dentist, retired but I practiced for over 20 years and know how difficult it is to successfully run a “patient-centered” practice, and the only way it can be done, is to care more about doing the right thing for the patient, than how much money you can charge. I was quite impressed, and left happy, satisfied (and numb).
