They made me waited 1.5 hours passed my appointment till exam start. I got confirmed two times about my bill. They also confirmed from insurance company. There was a lady very rude in communication. While leaving I asked last time to her if we all set ( I paid all they asked) and she replied yes. Then I got another bill to my mailbox. I canceled all the appointments by then. TheI wasted my 1.5 hour on the phone ( they admit their mistake but it does not help me to pay extra $200) and 10 minute for this comment. I do not want you to loose your time and money.

I recently moved to this area from another state. Dr. Ferzli and his staff were very efficient, friendly, and thorough from check-in to x-rays to cleaning to setting up my next appointment. The hygienist Caroline was extremely good! It was a pleasant experience for my first visit!

I had a pretty good first experience at Smiles of Cary. I was seen quickly, by everyone, and the staff took great measures to explain all that they could and could not do for me at the time (as I am pregnant) and even called my OB to get a clear for patient care. My dental hygienist was quick, gentle, and very friendly. Dr. Ferzli was the same.
However, upon checking out I was told that I should not bring my son with me to appointments (18 months, stayed in stroller the entire time, said hi to everyone and otherwise hardly made a peep aside from the occasional "mama". We were here for 1 1/2 hours). The reasoning was that it's not clean for him to be with me, you know, with everyone's spit flying around. I did ask if I could bring him when I scheduled the appointment, and was told yes. And before this conversation, I asked if Smiles treated toddlers, and was told yes. ALSO, was asked by this same receptionist when I was due (again, pregnant) and when I told her in four months, she said "wow, you've got a lot in there already, huh!' Not appreciated.
I'd really like to not let one person ruin this otherwise great experience, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get childcare every six months, and I do expect professionalism from start to finish.

Today was my first visit and the comfort level as well as staff were very welcoming. I was a litttle at ease but was reassured later on through my visit. So knowledgeable and helpful to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Dr. Ferzli as well as Marcia and assistants were a great help in my answered questions and helpful tips. Happy that I have found a great team that cares!

This place is amazing Dr. Lee and his team are so kind and caring. They make you feel very comfortable and explains everything that’s going to get done. Last but not least what Dr you know calls his patients the next day after having work done. My Dr!! Dr Lee thts who. I love this place so if your in the area and need a dentist go check them out I promise you won’t be let down...

I love the atmosphere everyone always greets me with a smile, as soon as I walk into the reception area to whatever treatment area my family and I are having that day. Dr. Ferzli and his team are very knowledgable and patient, even with my very shy daughter.

I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Goodridge politeness and willingness to explain everything to a T was very disarming. I enjoyed the constant inquiry about if I was okay and being informed about all my treatment. I will be returning to complete my work.
