Smiles of Cary is great! The ladies in reception were friendly and efficient. My dental hygienist Cassie was excellent and friendly. Dr. Lee was very personable and provided me with various treatment options to meet my needs. I definitely recommend them.

I came into Smiles of Cary for tooth cleaning and I had a broken tooth that needed attention. Dr. Goodrich gave me treatment options and was very clear about what was involved. He fixed my tooth (and another that needed a filling) on the same day. I thought Dr. Goodrich was outstanding - very friendly, reassuring and gentle. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment and he built up my broken tooth. All the staff member are really great and I highly recommend Smiles of Cary!

Was definitely pleased with my experience at smiles of Cary. Didn’t know exactly what to expect after buying dental plan with them through Groupon, but receptionist staff was extremely friendly. Dr G was very personable and definitely knows what he’s talking about. Most times at the dentist my interactions with actual dentist have been brief and somewhat cold. Appreciated that he took the time to talk things over with me and explained his reasoning behind everything he was suggesting for me. Only part about visit that I didn’t like was hygienist poking my gums much harder than I thought necessary. I do have to add though that she was very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Would recommend to anyone who asks me for suggestions about a dentist.

A very professional office with excellent dentists and friendly front desk staff. Esra was very helpful to verify my insurance quickly and get me seen as soon as possible. The dentists and hygienists were awesome. Highly recommend compared to other dental offices I have visited. They also have a TMJ side as well so it’s an all encompassing office!

The Smiles of Cary staff are fantastic. They have put together a very comprehensive distancing and sanitizing approach. I felt very safe being treated there today... And as always, the quality of the dental care is top notch.

Dental Staff as well as business staff are knowledgeable and very efficient with all their tasks. All employees work together as a close nit team. They are all friendly and treat you like family. Schedule reminders come by text, email or a real person call... They can let you know what your insurance will cover and what your out of pocket costs will be before you commit to any procedure. All my work was done on the spot same day. I recommend this dental practice to anyone in the area.

Was loyal to them for years, even when i had to drive and hour and a half to get there. Im supposed to have my teeth cleaned 4x per year instead of 2. Last time i was in they wanted to put a cavity watch on a couple of my teeth... then they kept rescheduling my appointments later and later because of "how busy" they are.. and now they arent open on saturdays.. so i will have to miss work to go in.. its been a year since my last cleaning..

You have competition guys. And they are taking your customers.. and its because of how youve started running things.

I am very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist. I was referred here & so thankful I was. I saw Dr. Goodrich and he was wonderful!! Already made my next appointment. Staff was great including the service from the wonderful ladies at the desk. They made me feel at ease and were very empathetic to my needs. I will only see them from now On!! Thank you, Smiles Of Cary!!

I was having a denture repaired. I had dropped the denture and a tooth had chipped. As always they promptly took care of me. As usual they were pleasant. They repaired the tooth and made sure that it was fine. Once again my denture is perfect. We travel a distance - from Chapel Hill to Cary.
We continue to be very p;eased and feel that the excellent care we receive is worth the trip.

I just wanted to take time to update a few months later. Dr Goodridge and Rea have helped me correct 7 years of not having dental work all while being extremely caring and going at my own pace with no pressure.

My teeth haven’t looked or felt this amazing in a decade. These guys will always have my thanks and my business! Thank you all!

I’m so amazed by this wonderful team.

I had a wisdom tooth break and after calling 3 other dentist I wasn’t feeling hopeful.

I was recommended here from a friend.

I called and spoke with Ginny who was able to get me an appointment for an exam and X-ray only for that afternoon.

I was impressed from the start by their Covid procedures and everyone’s friendliness.

I’m one of those people who’s had bad experiences in the past and am terrified of the dentist.

Rea took me back and did the initial exam and X-rays. She’s an absolute delight, we had wonderful conversations and she had me giggling the entire time.

Dr Goodridge came and did the main exam. He was just as wonderful and took time to make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on. He was also able to make time to pull my tooth and anything else I wanted done in the visit.

They obviously care so much and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need.

I ended back at reception with Ginny and Mital who were both amazing.

Ginny took extra time to explain exactly what my insurance covered and made sure I understood all the options I had.

This is definitely the first time I’m not afraid to go back to the dentist.
