Jessica and Jill were awesome! Dr. Lee is always amazing and fun! I love coming here and I’m glad I switch dentist!

Dr. Lee is the only dentist I've seen there, but he's awesome. He takes his time and explains everything. He has stayed very late twice for me when I encountered an unforseen issue and remained patient and kind. I also have to give high praise to his assistant, Eric, who was also awesome, kind and patient and who also stayed late to help Dr. Lee complete the work. Let's face it... going to the dentist is never fun, but when you have to go, I highly recommend this office.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Ferzli for as long as I can recall (20 years maybe).

His attention to detail is second to none as he meticulously repairs teeth.

He has surrounded himself with a staff that likewise treats patients with nothing but respect and care.

On this my latest visit....Dr. Ferzli and Emma repaired a front too after and old filling came out while I flossed.

We called the office and they (Ginny) fit me in the next day’s schedule.

Because the repair was to a prominent tooth....I was concerned a bit with what the outcome would be.

The repair turned out simply amazing.....and you can’t even tell anything was done to the tooth.

We are sooooo... glad we found Dr. Ferzli many years ago!

Smiles of Cary has been my dental office for over 10 years now and I have nothing but good words to say about them. I can always count on them to be friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Often times they will find possible cavities in my molars and I am hesitant to get any work done. They will explain the situation to me and will not pressure me into getting any work done. Although, I almost always follow there advice after some time. :)

Weird place, had a bad experience there. The office manager is totally unprofessional and verbally abusive. Ferzli messed up my filling (left a gap between two teeth where food gets packed and causes pain every time I eat). I told her about that and she didnt believe me, said I "was not a happy patient and should go find another dentist". Then she kept lecturing me on how I did not take a full advantage of my insurance, lecturing as if I were a little girl. No comment on the dentist's work, him and his assistant might be growing their hands out of the wrong place. Their time management and timing leave much to be desired. A simple filling takes 2.5 hours to complete, you will be sitting and waiting for the dentists with your mouth open while your anasthesia would be wearing out and you'd be eventually needing another one. Not recommended, this place is just not what it used to be.

This place is very friendly and welcoming, the staff and assistants are wonderful, the doctor actually interacts with you and make sure you're okay before leaving unlike any other doctor that does what they have to do and just leave. They knew my name before i could even open my mouth lol. They make sure you're comfortable and okay with everything they're about to do. This is by far the best dentist I've been to.

I just want to share my experience with this clinic. I took the time after I was done my appointment with the tooth filling. Because I was highly impressed, I would say this is one of the most fun happy environment clinic I have ever experienced in my life, I want to give big shout out to the staff specially Waleed who was very friendly . He was with me step by step explaining things to me clearly. Waleed made sure I was comfortable. He did great job putting the guards that help to do the filling. He made sure that I understand what are those and he smoothly applied them. It takes efforts and skills to do this type of service. I'm very happy I went and I met this great staff. Best service I ever had starting from customer service(Front Desk) staff, Dentist assistant (Waleed) ending by the Dr. Lee who was very helpful and he wanted to make sure that I have better understanding about the purpose of doing Onlay and inlay for my teeth. I would come back to finish the rest of my teeth treatment. The prices are very good. I would highly recommend this facility for everybody specially if you are a person who hates going to the dentist this place won't make you feel that! :).

Upon arrival, they checked my temperature and bodily symptoms for COVID-19. Check-in was fast. The staff was so friendly and personable, I loved my ortho! Also, you know how some dentists will tell you something is wrong or exaggerate “potential” problems to try to overcharge you? Yeah, they don’t do that here. I expressed my one concern, they checked multiple times, and gave me my options without communicating greed. Check-out is also smooth and transparent. You know exactly what you have to pay when arriving, and future expenses for other treatments you may need. Great experience!

New patient at Smiles of Cary...... they were FANTABULOUS!!!! Felt like we have known each other for a long time. Michelle and Britney made me feel so welcome and I even believe I joined Michelle's world... lol. Dr G.... SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!! He took great care of me in prepping me for my "tooth on a stick".... lol. I had a great time despite my reason for the visit. They are all a bunch of great people.

Sarah was pleasant, professional and proficient. She’s a definite asset to the team.
