Hi Im Sherry I have been going here with my twin daughters too. For over 8 years now the doctor does great work on are teeth. I have had different things done. I wouldn't have had another dentist do on my teeth.. They are great people and i will continue to have us only go see him. Im pround of his work. Thank you

Dr Goodridge and staff continue to show impressive understanding and care in the dental appointments for our son Jeffrey, a special needs, adult, autistic man. Being non-verbal, he would express his appreciation if he could. Smiles of Cary is an exceptional dental practice.

I had my first visit in the midst of COVID-19 and I could not have been more impressed. Each person that I met was friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be ready to head back in 6 months and would recommend Smiles of Cary to everyone.

Emily ,the dental hygienist , explained to me what was to be done along with the costs of the procedures being performed. She was very clear with the details and hss excellent people skills.
Dr. Ferzli and his assistant took care of a filling that needed replaced. Both worked very well together and with no pain involved. I recommend Dr. Ferzli and his staff. Thank you Smiles of Cary!

Best dentist I have EVER been to! EVERYONE was so friendly.. They made me feel very comfortable and less anxious!! Would recommend to any and everyone!

So, my husband and I have been going to this dentistry for some time and more than once their billing practices have been put into question. It wasn't until I decided to pay my bill with my HSA did I find out how unscrupulous this dentist office really was. To start off, I would go there every six months for my cleaning. I told them when I scheduled my last appointment that I was to use my HSA money. The poor girl on the phone seemed uneasy about it. Then I proceeded to get calls from them for days up to my appointment to 'confirm' I was using my HSA. which I found odd. Then when I got to my appointment I asked to know what my bill would be. The girl, whom I thought was a man, couldn't tell me so I asked to speak to someone in billing. another girl shows me a bill for 167 dollars, which would have been just fine if I wasn't already told at my last visit that it was be around 90. But, I said fine and went on to be manhandled by the hygienist, some older woman in glasses. When I finally emerged from having my mouth tugged and scratched. The white-haired women in the front decides to say that there is another 54 dollar charge that is to be added to my bill. I said no. Then I told her that I was already told of the cost before I went in. She goes on to say that the amount given to me was not right and she would be adding the 54 dollars. I then advised her that I would only pay the 167. and if there is a discrepancy, that is between her and her staff. Long story short, they are crooks. I researched some of my past bills to my insurance and found that they repeatedly added additional charges that were unnecessary. I know most people wouldn't care since it is the insurance company being billed but just keep in mind, that's why your premiums, deductibles, and co-pays are so high. Smiles of Cary is no good.

Wonderful friendly and courteous staff. Love my dentist Dr. Charles Ferzli. Didn't feel any pain when he gave me the shot for numbness. Very funny with a great sense of humor. No complaints from me with all the works done on my teeth.

This is the best dentists office that I’ve ever been to! All of the office staff is extremely professional and polite as well as every other professional in the building. Dr.Godrich is very up to date with technology and uses it through out the practice. Their hiegenist is quite capable and does a superb job. I’m very delighted with my experience here at Smiles . I have and would continue to recommend this dentistry to every and anyone at anytime!

I moved away from NC over 4 years ago; but I still come back to Smiles of Cary for all my cleanings and dental work. I greatly appreciate Dr. Ferzli's genuine dedication to my health and well-being. Love the fun and friendly staff! Thanks for the lovely cleaning, Caroline!

I had a great experience at Smiles of Cary for my recent dental check up. The staff were courteous, the office was clean, my hygienist Naomi and my dentist Dr. Ferzli were very thorough during the cleaning and examination process!
